#smoking #sirloin 1.4kg sirloin smoked over charcoal and post oak hunks. Drip liner had red wine, beef broth, onion, garlic, bay leaf. Roast started off at 150 and hit 220 for the stall; internal was 125. Seared at 550 for 2 min/side. Drippings are reducing in the grill, cause I stripped my stove top, at 550 until slightly thick.

Looking at ubiquiti setup, here is what I am thinking for a 2200sqft split level on a 1/3 acre city lot. Internet in is 1Gbps, we both work from home, I have a pihole, sonos, a few laptops, 10 internal PoE drops, an HTPC.
1x Dream machine Special edition
3x U7 Pro wall AP
1x Switch Lite 8 PoE (AP, Sonos)
1x Switch Flex 2.5G PoE (internal drops)
I'd like to leave head room for a doorbell, another AP, several cameras, mobile VPN (data management while on 5g), future children access management.

See Asmond or similar. It hit me that's what NA has become. It used to be 45% clip and 45% analysis and 10% marketing. It feels closer to 70% clip, 15% marketing, 15% analysis. The downfall of the show is reliance on media to be objective, and to provide alternative source. That isn't happening anymore.

China can be explained by US economy crumbling, could be fallout from China and America hitting Brazil. Had a good talk over a beer with a friend last night. Stuff up in the cities has be a bit worried, the hysteria is spreading, and enforcement 10x overnight here as well. He told me this is all evil fighting evil, and God has already worked it out. In Genesis it shows the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah as a lesson of God mercy and wrath. The evil will be destroyed, and the righteous in God preserved. I can only protect and impact myself and my family and leave the rest to God.
