My little #CatJam thingie I wrote in #uxn! I call it done, at least for now; it's still a little rough though!
I was gonna go to bed after an unexpected all-nighter working on it (yeah totally unexpected, this never happens when I have deadline indeed) but I was scared I would miss the deadline so I posted it.

I tried following the instructions to download the latest Android version from the CI but in all jobs it says that the artefacts were deleted some days ago.

I'm not sure about how ethical is the model used by Bellard, but for this usage, I suppose a smaller model trained using only sources that are libre or public domain would be ok.

A LLM is basically the predictor part in a compression algorithm that uses a predictor and stores the error like some audio codecs do. Bellard tried this¹! The model needs to be small (relative to the volume of data being handled) for the compressor to be useful though, you'd squint in disbelief at a de-compressor that weighs hundreds of gigabytes just to decompress a few text files.
