If you were full bot you would generate a kind 3 and send it directly to Ditto's relay and it would work. If you were full human you'd generate the key through the Ditto UI and it would work. The problem is you're half human half bot. 😃 Go full bot and it will work.

I did a big refactor of Ditto that hasn't exploded yet. Basically it's a "librarification" of Ditto, where Ditto has been broken up into multiple smaller testable packages with minimal dependency overlaps. This is the first step towards something I am calling "Ditto Core," which is basically Ditto as a relay only, with high powered search functionality, no Mastodon API, and a weird multitenant thing based on the NIP-85 "Trusted Assertions" proposal.
