The whole #coffee culture seems scammy and toxic to me. You're welcome, i just checked the blockchain size and it looks like it's around 566GB. It took us 14 years of bitcoin's history to reach that size, so it seems you could get by with a 1TB disk. The OS will probably take 4GB of that space, and node software let's say around 2GB.
Still, I got myself a 2TB disk because I didn't want to have to think about it.
