There are different levels of mp3 encoding. Take your flac, put it in audacity and when you export it as mp3 you can change the quality settings. The highest constant or variable bit rates are hard to tell apart from flac to me. They're night and day to low bit rate mp3s though.

You shouldn't because he is definitely some kind of character. His positions are unusual though so it's hard to figure out who it's serving. Maybe there's something to the idea about intra-elite competition. There are certainly many lost traditions but elites caring about the individual like that isn't one of them. I'd like it to be though, if we could convince some big shots that it would be based and trad to "retvrn" to that it would be a good thing.

Somebody said that the left is chasing a utopian future and the right a utopian past. It's nice to think that the idealized version of america people want already existed because then we could just "go back" to that, which is implicit in "MAGA." We can't recreate those exact conditions again though, and the reality wasn't as good as people think it was. That's not to say you couldn't roll back policies to the way they were and see an improvement though.
