The early anomaly (picrel) was caused by the depression and world war. The late anomaly has been caused by the past two decades of war being waged against us by boomers and jews. That chunk of time in the middle was stable and normal. That's the world the boomers got to enjoy that they love to pretend was so austere. The average home price to income ratio in that era was about 4.095, using my own calculations. It's somewhere between 3.8775 and 4.3125 if anyone else wants to crunch some numbers. Anything you come up with is going to be far below the current ratio of 7.12.
Using the ratio from the sensible times when we were not a poor country, had easy access to good paying jobs, with rising generational wealth and growing life expectancy, with that ratio, that house should cost roughly 123k, new. I'm not talking about adjusting for inflation either.
I'm saying with the current median income of $83,730, and a home price to median income ration of 4.095, adjusted for proportional size, using the current average of 2000 sq ft, that house should cost 123k new.
Subtract from that 46 years of depreciation and account for the extensive repairs needed, and the house is now worth 70 thousand.

https://kjpearce100.github.io/mathwebsite/jokes1/joke-077.html
Dear Sir:
My friend, Ed Peterson, over at Wells, Iowa, received a check for $1,000.00 from the government for not raising hogs. So, I want to go into the "not raising hogs" business next year.
What I want to know is, in your opinion, what is the best kind of farm not to raise hogs on, and what is the best breed of hogs not to raise? I want to be sure that I approach this endeavor in keeping with all government policies. I would prefer not to raise Razorbacks, but if that is not a good breed not to raise, then I will just as gladly not raise Yorkshires or Durocs.
As I see it, the hardest part of this program will be keeping an accurate inventory of how many hogs I haven't raised.
My friend, Peterson, is very joyful about the futures of the business. He has been raising hogs for twenty years or so, and the best he ever made on them was $422.00 in 1968, until this year, when he got your check for $1000.00 for not raising hogs.
If I get $1,000.00 for not raising 50 hogs, will I get $2,000. for not raising 100 hogs? I plan to operate on a small scale at first, holding myself down to about 4,000 hogs not raised, which will mean about $80,000.00 for the first year. Then I can afford an airplane. Now another thing, these hogs that I will not raise, will not eat 100,000 bushels of corn. I understand that you pay farmers not to raise corn and wheat. Will I qualify for payments for not raising corn and wheat not to feed the 4,000 hogs I am not going to raise?
Also, I am considering the "not milking cows" business, so send me any information you have on that also.
In view of these circumstances, you understand that I will be totally unemployed and plan to file for unemployment and food stamps.
Be assured you will have my vote in the coming election.
Patriotically yours:
xxxxxxxxx
P.S. Would you please notify me when you plan to distribute more free cheese??

Country - physical land
State - government
Nation - people
The country of America is the 48 states and I guess you can include the islands and the snow place if you want.
The state of America (U.S.A.) is the current government, but several different governments have been in power here since 1776.
The nation of America is the literal blood descendants of the people who made up the colonies at the time of the revolution, specifically English, Scottish, and Irish with maybe a percent of Germans and French. Those people had been here and had been making babies for, in my family's case, 140 years, 7 generations.
The later waves of Germans, Scandinavians, and others who arrived after 1850 or after 1900, for example, those people were not part of the American nation, but their grandchildren and beyond mostly were because they eventually married into American families. Obligatory, America is a White European nation, just like Ethiopia is a black African nation.

Every one of these people will tell you, if you get them angry enough (not hard to do) that their ultimate goal is White genocide. They want ICE stopped, because they want America (read:White people) overwhelmed and outnumbered by foreigners, because that will open the path to making Kulaks out of all White people in America. That's their goal.

There's nothing extreme about it. This was the norm, that all good women were taught, very recently. My wife was raised like this, so I have never had to say a word about it, and she learned it from her mother.
The reason women used to teach this to their daughters is because they knew the real risk presented by divorce, back when there was a risk, so they taught their daughters to never be alone with a man who isn't her husband and the rest of the rules for what is and isn't appropriate company for a woman.
So, it has very little do with who is or isn't a Chad. If you have to have this talk with your wife, it means she didn't have a good mother. If you want your daughters to be good wives one day, you have to start the cycle anew.
