easy. A device that can't be called a phone because it does not have the ability, slimmer than an iPhone because it has no brains, and will require permanent internet connection to do any basic task because it is server dependant

the problem has to do with publishers, that's who decide were to make their games available... And even though DRM-free is a dream for us, they see it as a loss of money, which is why games like Doom get to GOG this many years after release 😔

Apparently my company is now denying 100% remote work requests even though they market themselves as a flexible and modern, taking pride on their remote work policy.

Speaking of deGoogling @npub1qz4…qsrv I often just assume everybody knows about it, but did you know about @npub1dm2…7754?
They are focused on providing and updating lists for privacy friendly services, which roughly translates to stop using Google, I found (and still do) it extremely useful in the process!!!

They have been doing a good job (imho) on using AI so far on their devices, if they could just give them that little plus to un-dumb Siri or improve the learning capabilities while keeping them on-device, for me that would suffice
