Do you know something about burner sim which you use only for register and then build your net of trust with it? Do not need to have sim in phone for using Vexl.
Interesting in your ideas how to make possible this unique type of secure and anonymous P2P app without number.

I am very happy user of Notesnook. Take a look on their app. It is E2E of course and they are working on it hard with principles of privacy and security on first place.
