For all you CAD geeks out there, here's a neat project...
Asymptote (vector graphics language)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asymptote_(vector_graphics_language)
Here's a guy that shows an easy to understand example of coding with graphics output. It takes me back to my days of Microstation BASIC programming with the cool dialog box builder, man I thought I was an awesome programmer back then. LOL...
Drawing with Asymptote - Quick Introduction
Kumar Appaiah
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1iZ2idl3mQ
AND 1 BONUS:
I thought this project was cool... Kind of an open source alternative to SketchUp maybe? If i was a real coder, i might consider their "option/model/bounty" incentive model?
CAD Sketcher (for Blender plugin)
https://www.cadsketcher.com
...and maybe this one is good to bring 2D CAD talent into 3D modeling and open source world...
BlendCAD Add-On for Blender

My first zap! Yakihonne/Rizful just WORK! I tried to do 21 back atchya, but it said i didn't have enough even though the wallet tab said 21. I tried 20 sats next, but it said not enough in balance. Sooo... I switched the numbers around and 12 worked! Maybe there's a failsafe to not send ALL your sats out? I dunno. How can I buy more sats with fiat/cc in the real world? I've bought and sold at the gas station btc atms, but I don't know how it works for lightning/sats/rizful... Also, I hate giving ID. I'm not a grandma that needs gooberment protection from the bad hacker men on the interwebs. If i loose it, I loose it. There was one no-kyc atm but it's in another city far away. I'm thinking about a 2fiat card, but i don't know if it's an onramp from physical fiat or not. I gotta study bitcoin more.

Also, some final thoughts about copyrights... I presume it's not just a book that can be photocopied, but rather you're talking about coding projects.
Copyright with some reasonable obscurity through compiling of code is good strategy to negotiate your buyout/settlement fee when they use copyright to "appropriate" your project. Remember, a claim for damages can supposedly be counter-claimed for similar amounts for compensation of the loss of your life's work if they want to acquire/bury your work.
I presume you could also be talking about the more visible and easily contested issue of UI design. I don't know. Make your prototype ugly and MVP only? After traction, make it pretty and enviable?
I'm just a thinker, and I like writing my thoughts down. Get real advice from someone who knows. Good luck with ALL your ideas!

Surely there are quick copyright check OSINT tools by now?
Other than a cursory check or paying someone to do a preliminary or full copyright clearance check, I guess it would be enlightening to study something like www.HowToWinInCourt.com to educate one's self about the basics of the court system and/or keeping an eye on your lawyer's propensity for legal churning or direct them to focus only on the pertinent or relevant facts and laws in regards to defending your ideas/copyrights or exonerating yourself from someone's infringement claims against you for their vaguely similar cashcow/ideababy. 👀
I've bought some e-books and audiobooks on "DIY Patents" and such like trademarks/copyrights... To my understanding, the key to all the registration systems is some legal "doctrine" called prior art. The patent examiners and attorneys supposedly comb the world's entire collected, recorded works trying to find if your idea/mark/invention/art/etc is unique enough to be registered for you getting the "privelege" of defending your trademark in various and asundry courts of law as the never-ending hordes of the masses use AI tools to file lawsuits against you and your precious little pawn of an idea that you just wanted to put into play on the gigantic chess-board of the MarkStocket of Legalnomics... LOL!
With all that black pill of despair for your bright dreams of changing the world, it seems the economical game to play is to file as patent pending, get your product out there, sell as much as you can before the copycats saturate the market with knock-offs of your wonderful idea. The game is to plan out the market saturation curve/rate so as to plan your milestone project budgets to expected profits before you decide if sales will peak and level out, or if sales will peak through the ceiling and go to the moon! If sales go to the moon, then you finish out the pending patent application to transform it into a ban hammer and then you may proceed to use rocketing sales to fund the wielding of the ban hammer to secure more years of monopoly profits to eventually fend off design patent leeches and other market saturation efforts that aren't direct infringment of your monopoly power over Human Art/Language/Thought to recruit/turn people into your parrot sales machine/property.
Yes, I'm sure that defending copyright is much easier, then trade/service marks, then patents... One idea that the DIY patent idea books like to give, is to mail postmarked letters to yourself. These letters will contain originals/copies of your ideas/marks/art/work/ip/etc. The letter(s) must remain unopened if you need to submit them for court purposes of time-stamping your ideas in case you get sued for infringement by some yocal or the bigs...
It's a journey/quest/gamble. It's NOT a sure thing like being secure in your property/person/effects while traveling.
Open Source has given us great examples to use. The GNU GPL is a good read. I believe "Linux" is trademarked just to fend off the diluters and saboteurs.
I've never tried to do any of these processes for copyright. These are just my aggregated observations of other's observations about intellectual property which will ultimately rely on civil procedures in various court processes. This is the understanding that is critical for defending for/against your ideas in the various markets.

Scams are just trickle-down effects from the original scam... that scam being that everyone can agree on what is universally valuable to themselves and everyone at the same time. Fiat decrees of value are as thin as the paper they are written and printed on. This knowledge is what motivates the scammers to scam as much as they can because they are empowered by the logic of the "official" scam.

I've thought about sequestering all battery-containing devices into a metal cabinet of some sort. Would this increase safety or cause a cascade failure because of the concentration of batteries?

What if all the batteries which are hooked to communication networks, were triggered to overload at one time? Surely there's a movie about that by now?

Maybe. Everyone is seeking primacy. Few are willing to sacrifice primacy. Specialized honesty, like maybe a code of honor amongst slavers, thieves and pirates. Honest to their limited principles of protection. Anything can be protected. Even lies and percieved decreed value can be protected. What is needed is for more people to realize their role in enforcement. Don't back down. Too many acquiesce to politically motivated false enforcement. I am guilty of this. It may seem seem that there is an unyeilding monolith of enforcement monopoly, but this is a negative perception, built to disempower you. You are empowered. You are the force.

I've had thoughts along this line of reasoning... The places that are much closer to nature and survival are still more connected to common sense and are still uninfected by the tech-nihilism of the social media masses. The people that understand what it means to freeze to death, still value self-determinism and tend to adhere to less permission-based modes of living. This is why the states in these climates work soooo hard to promote permission-based, state-assisted suicides and other socially constructed nihilisms. They HAVE to psychologically break the population at it's core belief of self-sufficiency to remain in power. Places where continued life is supported by the climate, other social nihilisms must be employed to maintain the power programming paradigm.

OK. I signed up and connected to Yakihonne via NWC. Very good instructions on your website. I actually got it done! My only other Nostr experience is Amethyst. It seems that relay management is more, ummm... "automatic" than Amethyst is. Do you concur with that impression. I can't seem to find where I can actually add in my own backup relay. I'm trying to run Nostr RS Relay on Start9 free StartOS server. Any help would be great. They suggest Tor connections. Can I put an onion address into Yakihonne relays?
Thanks for all the hard work! You're the Rizz!

Let me know if you want the GIMP .xcf file.

Radical "anything" is how you besmirch something you're not part of and is idealogically threatening to your way of life. We all instictively know that our fragile cocoons are intertwined with silken threads and attached to the waving grasses which comprise the world around us. We fear the spider and the way it weaves its silk. Why do we all not fly up and over, but rather directly into the web of fear and loathing?

00:44 "selective" enforcement has a selective effect, just not "NO" effect. Be careful when spokes people inveigle their way into your reasoning by lying about "our" "STRONG" belief and then saying you need to BALANCE (lessen your strong position). This is divide and conquer by reason of faulty logic. First he creates joinder with you by stating "our" "STRONG" belief. He's not referring to you and him. He's referring to him and his others, the politicians. "They" want to balance their beliefs in freedom of speech and freedom of religion. He's a politician. You KNOW that NO politicians can be trusted. Why listen to an APPOINTEE? Czars are Russian. Stop colluding with Russians. Russian is a political classification. They censor anything that's not pro-Putin. Communism and Democratism have infected each other and there is NO going back! You either STRONGLY believe that anyone can SPEAK FREELY about ANYONE or ANYTHING with ANY WORDS, or you can proceed to the nearest hardware store and do yourself by buying a roll of duct tape and doing the job for THEM, the politicians. Politicians, include elected officials, appointed officials, contracted officials, federal corporations, municipal coporations, state chartered corporations, corporate officers, etc, etc. It's an ARMY of politicians that we must stand against. Gird your loins! 🤣

It will have a "selective" effect, most definitely. It definitely won't be "NO" effect. Don't pander or listen to liars.
