I did for alil while. I didn't want to use their server though. I plan to spin up my own server (it's on my to-do list). I really only used btcpayserver for creating human readable lightning address. There are next to no other solutions for that.

🍯 Pecan Chewies (Old Brown Sugar Pecan Bars) This is a classic Southern dessert that never needed frosting, sprinkles, or a marketing team. Just butter, brown sugar, pecans, and memory. Before brownies took over every bake sale, pecan chewies were the pan dessert in many Black Southern kitchens. Dense, buttery, rich with brown sugar, and crackly on top. 🍯 Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted (226 g)
2 cups brown sugar, packed (400 g)
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (15 ml)
2 cups all-purpose flour (250 g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5 g)
½ teaspoon salt (3 g)
1½ cups chopped pecans (170 g)
🍯 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
Fold in chopped pecans.
Spread batter evenly into pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is crackly and edges are set but center is still slightly soft.
Do not overbake. They firm up as they cool.
Cool completely before slicing into squares.
