How about the merino sock over heating issue? I'm the same especially with socks which then cause blisters no matter what footwear I use.
I've been looking at Alpha direct for a top, do you wear it next to the skin.

Interesting about GPSTracker in general. I've been doing the same thing since sometime before 2012. Using Tasker to send locations to my own server.
At one point many years ago I used a modified version to track work phones.

I loved the music in the Jazz Jackrabbit games, think I played them mainly because of the music.
Probably sounds rubbish if I played them today?

damn it, think I'm about to lose a day or 2 playing with this.
This sounds interesting, didn't have the best results when trying kiosk mode on older tablets. Wonder what version of Android the app requires and if it would work on older Kindle Fire devices I've a draw full...off down the rabbit hole 🐇🕳️

my resting is 40, used to be 37 a decade ago when I ran regularly.
I really need to get out running again, hard to get motivated this time of year with short days.

using the 220 - age which isn't very accurate it would be 175. At max intensity it would hit 200ish I think now.
About 12 years ago it would have hit 208 when sprinting.
Record was 250ish when I ended up in hospital 🤔

wish my heartrate was that low. Mine has always been high, used to have a heart problem though and was them even higher.
