I have a bad bout of kidney stones coming out of me and I had surgery on my right kidney. I had the same surgery on my left kidney 2 months ago. It’s an easy surgery, they use sound to break up the stones and leave it to nature (go to bathroom) and the stones come out in the pee. Yes, the tree has a top hat, it’s the same type of hat that one puts on a snowman. Something different than a star. 😀.
