However, there's an effect where only the notes of the same users get amplified continuously, meaning you see the same things all day long.

Typically, kimbap rice is made with white rice, cooked with less water to be slightly firmer.
I usually mix brown rice and barley with my rice. Because white rice raises blood sugar quickly, it is not a good habit for people whose staple food is rice. (Also, the variety of textures makes it yum!)
But adding barley makes the color too ugly for kimbap, so I only added brown rice, but it still failed. Inside the kimbap, the brown rice looks like spoiled.😭 Kimbap should definitely be made with only white rice.
The ingredients in this photo are typical kimbap ingredients, but they include both what people consider healthy and unhealthy items. I don't like to fuss over these things. Occasionally eating sugar, MSG, seed oil (How has seed oil suddenly become a public enemy?😧 Is it a conspiracy by the butter companies??), or sausages, etc won't kill you.

Boiling the noodles and slicing the vegetables is simple, but many people buy premade spicy sauce.
I dislike the chemical smell of acetic acid in commercial products, so I make my own. (Due to the significant price difference between vinegar and acetic acid, many commercial products use acetic acid instead of vinegar.)
I prepare it in advance with gochujang (red chili paste), corn syrup, coke (Coke?😦 Yeah for easy caramel flavor & carbonation), sugar, crushed garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, vinegar, lemon, etc and use it as needed.
Samgyeopsal, the soul food of South Koreans, pairs exceptionally well with spicy dishes. So, if you grill it a little and eat it together, it's fantastic!
Samgyeopsal comes from the pork belly section and is similar to thickly sliced non-smoked & non-seasoned bacon.
In my country, it is so beloved that samgyeopsal is the most expensive part of the pig, sometimes even more expensive than US beef sirloin.
I've heard the shocking news that this pork belly section is often discarded in other countries because it's not commonly consumed!😱
When Koreans heard this: "They.. throw away this blessed part..?😨 Hey, we'll cover the shipping costs, would you please throw away in South Korea??"
It's such a common food that even Muslims living in South Korea eat samgyeopsal. (We're not forcing them to eat it.🙄)
Maybe, thanks to the time difference with the Middle East, they seem to eat it when their God is sleeping.😋

Today's Menu #4: Spicy Cold Noodles - Bibim Guksu (비빔국수)
thin wheat noodles, julienned vegetables (green lettuce, carrot, cabbage, onion.. whatever you want), boiled egg, handmade red chili sauce with vinegar, samgyeopsal (pork belly), etc.
Made Bibim Guksu to use up the vegetables in the fridge before they spoil.
I hate wasting food so much. 1+1 sales lead to waste. As a single-person household, even if I buy small quantities, ingredients often get left over.
So sometimes my menu has to follow leftover ingredients in the fridge.
But it's usually fun. Creative variations for what to make with the leftover ingredients instantly come to mind.
