Durante l'inverno serenamente freddo, dalla lenta discesa di sinistra dell'argine verso il punto dove l'acqua spesso sale, gli alberi si piantano nella terra depositata negli anni, e a seguire una transizione senza pause verso lo scorrere del fiume, l'argine opposto che rappresenta sempre una realtà alternativa su cui immaginazione non ha limiti. Essendo sera, poco lontani i tronchi sono immersi in un ombra appena apparsa, liscia come un tessuto nero invitante, definitiva. Posso quindi sedermi a riposare i graffi sulle gambe dei rovi amici puntuali (senza loro non passi).

Their idea was about a passage from Death to Life, and I hope I was able to render this someway :) nature in my feeling is all about this kind of passage, and reciprocal bond between the two. in the shadows of life flowers of death sprout continuosly, and viceversa death's dark colours shift into a lively palette, gradually.

This is outside of Rome. Here Pasolini had his tower house, and walking around it I discover a little waterfall with some circulars ponds among the rocks, where he made a movie about the life of Jesus. The stillness of the reflection on the moving water goes deep.. #Pasolini #reflection #trees
