Ten years ago I was trying really hard to launch a startup in the aerospace industry and this is one of the ideas we considered. The reason why this can’t work is heat, which is produced by computers the more energy they consume, and is REALLY hard to get rid of in space. Unless Musk has suddenly found a way to transfer heat in a vacuum, this whole thing is a dud.
