One of my favorite poems is For the Rosenbergs by Houshang Ebtehaj, the Iranian poet better known by his pen name, H. E. Sayeh, which means “Shadow.”
The poem was written in reference to Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, the American couple executed in 1953. But for me, its meaning goes far beyond that historical tragedy.

It’s done. It was about 630$. As you may have noticed, I'm Iranian. We're stuck with a bank loan issue and I was asking for a donation. Fundraising was completed in less than 2 weeks.

The god of Islam is an evil and false god. A god who has numerous anti-human laws. Polygamy for men is legal and common (up to 4 official wives at the same time and 40 temporary wives, “sometimes even more”), and even within these inhumane and socially destructive laws, Muhammad is granted special exceptions (Muhammad was allowed to have 9 official wives at the same time).
There is absolutely no single God shared by these two religions. Muhammad was a liar, a deceiver, a fraud, and, of course, an intelligent man who copied ideas from all the religions and schools of thought around him (Christianity, Judaism, and Zoroastrianism).
There are plenty of examples I could name, but I neither have the energy to argue with people who will never understand what I am saying, nor do I have the nerves for such discussions, given the circumstances in my country.
I can only say one thing: I come from an Islamic background, from a family with an Islamic identity (not Islamic beliefs), and I live under an Islamic government (a satanic, murderous one). I am speaking from my own lived experience, firsthand. You can learn from the experiences and the hell we have been through, or you can keep being so tolerant and bending over backward for them that you end up facing the same situation as Spain, France, and Italy.
The Left and Islam are two filthy, infected brothers.
