There is some overlap between the release date of Oppenheimer and Google searches of 'nuclear war', especially if you zoom out.
The correlation is not perfect but it is close enough to make me curious.
By far the largest spike in interest over the last 20 years came in March 2022, followed by another spike in October 2022. Oppenheimer was then released in July 2023.
It makes you wonder. Were nuclear weapons 'made' to stop nations attacking other nations, or to stop us rebelling against our governments?
