I switched all at once but I don't walk as much as you do. I did notice my feet and legs were tired for a few days. The weirdest thing for me was not walking heal first constantly and walking more flat footed if that makes sense. When I have to wear my traditional work boots it messes with my balance.

I have had this experience, I went to the doc for a rash on my ankle I couldn't get rid of. Somehow a weight conversation started, very briefly (I had lost about 80lbs at that time, I was about 230lbs at 6'2"). I had an obesity consultation on my bill when it went to the insurance.

Mostly on chain yes, send 5000 sats for a 3245 "network fee". Fees are only 1-2 sats/vbyte when I tried according to mempool. Even for a lightning transaction they charge double my normal wallet, but it was like 8 SATs, not a big deal.

To me, there is no magic line that you cross and poof you're a man. I think it's a lifetime of joy, trials, experiences, etc that "mature" a man. When I was in my 20s I thought I was a man, probably better than most others because I was a military man. Looking back at that young fool, I made a lot of mistakes maybe I shouldn't have. So now I'm a man because I can see that? Was I a man then? Was I a man at a certain point (marriage, children, graduation, bootcamp)? I don't think so, I think it's a lifetime of doing the best I can and taking responsibility when I don't get it right, always learning from the events good or bad.

I have a 3 channel Bluetooth keyboard I use. It doesn't work both simultaneously though you have to select 1, 2, or 3in the top corner. Its an icleaver from amazon, almost full size, not quite.

I've never tried broiling them. My favorite is in a skillet with about ¾ of a beer. Let the beer boil off then brown in the leftover goo. Make sure to use a nonstick skillet, it's pretty messy.

Chicken watering cups and a automatic coop door are great. The watering cups can't handle hoise pressure though. I made a coffee can with a small float valve to act as a water tank. It gravity feeds to the cups and as it empties it refills itself, similar to a toilet tank.

As fall approaches, it's coming I promise. It's almost time to start cold smoking again. Cold smoking it typically done under 80°F, lower temps are better. Anything can be cold smoked that doesn't need to be cooked. This batch is black pepper and roaster pecans. Cheese, butter, boiled eggs, chocolate chips, and salmon are also great options. If it's under 42°F you can smoke meats like hamburger before adding them to casaroles or sauces.
It can be done in almost anything including a cardboard box (protect it from the smoldering wood pellets). I made this box out of scrap wood (no pressure treated woods), ¼" plywood, 4 copling racks, 4 silicone screens, a baking sheet, and a metal strainer. Most foods only need about two hours of smoke, cheese is better "aged" in vacuum bags, im the fridge, for about six weeks after smoking.
Hope you all enjoy the idea and maybe try it out.

First thing I would do is sand that ruff surface to as close to a glass like surface as possible. An angle grinder works well with flap disc. You can nail or screw the pan to a board (using the handle holes) to help it not move around. It is a very messy job (wear a mask of some kind and goggles), but you will love it later.
Next put it on the stove top and just barely coat it with oil on a paper towel. I prefer flaxseed oil for its very high smoke point. Very very thin coat, just enough to make it look wet. Turn the burner on medium high and watch for the oil to smoke, once it starts smoking (it does stink) take it off the burner and let it cool. I usually wipe it one more time when it's hot with the same paper towel just to make sure the oil is spread even. After doing this 4-5 times you're set to cook.
Let it cool before cleaning. No soap in it ever, if you can wipe it out with a paper towel then dont even use water. If something sticks get the pan hot and pour in a some room temp water, that will usually loosen it. Occasionally I use the chainmail type scrubber when I'm being lazy and don't want to reheat it.
Always preheat the pan before cooking, putting something like cold eggs into a room temperature skillet and waiting for it to heat up will stick like glue.

Fresh olive oil sounds amazing! Here is the US our olive oil is being diluted, even bottles that say pure olive oil has been lab tested to be contaminated. We still use it but not like we used to. Coconut oil and specialty oils are safer (argon, castor, jojoba, tamanu, etc) we have stricter requirements for cosmetics than we do for food. We grow some herbs, but we use a lot more medicinally. We try staying with native plants but we do order some.

I make cold process lye soap and hot process shampoo bars. This batch I used sunflower, jojoba, coconut, castor oil with no essential oil. This one thickened up on me really fast and I had to get it in the mold without essentially oil. It's alright, it still cleans. I also make my own beard oil and we use oils with our herbs (apothecary) so each batch of soap depends on what oil we have the most of (using soapcalc).
I can't really say we have a favorite. I make a batch every year and a half or so. With only three of us left in the house it takes a long time to use a batch. We have four daughters and used to use a lot more soap. We enjoy the "old world" type skills and doing stuff for ourselves as chemical free as we can. .

I'm mostly carnivore and spend a lot of time in medium ketosis, but still get hungry. Like someone else said I think hunger is mostly mental. My longest fast is 4 days, after the first 24 hours I really didn't feel hungry. Be careful breaking your fast, bland food in all amount. Something like two fried eggs no seasoning or a bit of chicken. A large meal with lots of seasoning is guaranteed to put you in the 🚽 for an extended period of time.

I agree with the others, the second one is easier to install. Especially trying to level the individual ones snd evenly space them can be a chore.
How wide are the bases on the individual ones, are you trying to get two screws into one 1.5" wide stud without splitting the edges. That's probably not going to happen.
