essentiellement, /e/os est conçu pour essayer de te protéger des gafam, du traçage et de la pub. Par contre, la sécurité pure n'est pas le coeur de cet os.
Côté grapheneos, la sécurité est au centre : renforcement du noyau linux, isolation renforcée des données entre applications "scopes"), ... Par contre pas de pare-feu anti tracking par défaut , tu es censé être assez autonome pour monter un pihole toi même par exemple. Ah si, les gars de grapheneos sont un peu cringe et agressifs..

this is a funny way to look at things... What makes you think e/OS/ is state funded ? I really don't think it is. And really, they are not into security but into privacy. Their threat model is against Gafam tracking , not against determined attackers (and likely not against malware either). Disclaimer: I use GrapheOS.

I dont really get that "other projects" (namely eOS and iodé) stance. These are in no way marketing security features but minimizing of big corps tracking. Those are two really different threat models. You can achieve less big corps tracking with GOS, and gain added security as a bonus, but it is not the out of the box experience...

one problem I have with current Tuxedo OS is that it ships with a broken dolphin version (more precisely a dolphin version with an annoying bug). A fix is available, is there an chance it will be upgraded soon ? https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=498211

there are also some toxic "security" practices. One of the worst is the obligation to change password frequently (like... each time I connect ! I speak of you woorank.com). Or disallow some characters. Or limit password length (PayPal !!).
But 12 chars and reasonable strength is certainly fine !

@npub1aam…c09a @npub1t9c…8529 well, °K and °C are quite the same except for the + 273,15° shift. Fahrenheit is still a mistery to me !
