Die bisherige steuerliche Behandlung von Bitcoin als Veräußerungsgeschäft (analog zu Gold oder Fremdwährungen) schafft Anreize für langfristiges Halten. Die SPD-Forderung kehrt diese Logik um: Kurzfristiger Handel wird steuerlich begünstigt, während langfristige Investitionen bestraft werden. Ein gefährlicher Paradigmenwechsel, der spekulatives Verhalten fördert und Anleger Risiken aussetzt.

Paradoxerweise könnte die Neuregelung nicht mehr, sondern weniger Steuereinnahmen bringen:

✅ Langfristige Anleger, die von der Neuregelung nicht betroffen wären, hätten keinen Anreiz, ihre Bestände zu verkaufen – geplante Mehreinnahmen blieben aus.

Eine Kapitalertragssteuer auf Bitcoin wäre nicht nur verfassungsrechtlich fragwürdig, sondern auch wirtschaftlich schädlich.

Nostr doesn't offer a solution for everything, but it makes a difference when it comes to censorship. The community is still small and the climate is pleasant - hostility is rare. Enjoy your time on Nostr while it's still an "insider tip" before the masses of X come along.
PS: Nostr today feels like Bitcoin 2010/11. You can still talk directly to the CEOs of @npub12vk…pugg like @npub16c0…6nvr and @npub1pu3…tfch like @npub1wmr…g240 & Co. and solve problems quickly. Sorry, I didn’t look closely.
I just saw Nostr and Primal and thought most of them are Primal alternatives.
But of course I know some of them (like Fountain - my podcast is obviously on there - cashu and zap.store). Other one I don’t know, and can’t use, like Amethyst and Wavlake, because they are both not on iOS.

A few updates regarding the digital euro from the 6th ERPB technical session (Eurosystem’s analysis on the core principles for the
digital euro compensation model):
- “The digital euro is a public good.
Natural evolution of cash in the digital sphere”
- “Always an option for the payer”
= This means that the digital euro will become legal tender (not yet decided, but foreseeable)
- “Free for basic use by private individuals”
- “Affordable fees for merchants”
- “Price setting for merchants could be determined by market forces. The wide distribution of a digital euro
could allow for a more open competitive space in the euro area with greater choice.”
= market participants will set the prices
Eurosystem’s analysis on the potential rollout approach for releasing the digital euro:
What are the use cases for the digital euro?
1. Person-to-person (P2P)
2. Physical store (PoS)
3. E-commerce
4. Government payments (G2X)
How could the digital euro be introduced into the market?
“Staggered rollout with two product releases, for all EA markets”
First P2P and e-commerce, then the remaining use cases (PoS, G2X)
The ECB invites feedback until March 24 regarding the “Compensation model for the digital euro” and the “Rollout approach for the digital euro” that will feed into the ECB’s decisionmaking on the implementation plan that will be brought to the Governing Council in Q3 2023.
In autumn 2023 there will be the Governing Council decision to possibly launch the realisation phase, which could last 3 years.
The decision to issue the digital euro in 2026/27 will probably be made in 2025.
