Build a system, not a product" is the only advice that scales. I learned this packaging 39 stock products on a single-core, 2 GB server, and it wasn't talent that got them out: it was four small Python scripts. Uploading by hand is where people stall. One wrong CSV header and Adobe, Vecteezy, or Dreamstime reject the whole batch instantly, so `make_metadata.py` writes the exact 5-col, 4-col and 15-col headers and nothing else. Run your batch twice and your account gets flagged, so `upload_tracker.py` is a ledger that makes double-posting impossible. The art is the fun part, the packaging is what kills momentum, so `pack_product.py` zips the files and renders the 1280×720 cover and 600×600 thumbnail in one command, Pillow being the one dependency it needs. Two packages total, one of them optional, standard library for everything https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr
i built the Digital Asset Factory for this.

39 finished products, one prompt engine, and a server with less power than a smartwatch. No GPU, ever.
The full asset pipeline, metadata CSVs, upload ledger, Markdown-to-PDF, zipping and cover rendering, ran on 1 vCPU and 2 GB of RAM. Four plain Python scripts, no framework, no cloud account. Only two third-party packages in the whole kit: Pillow for the 1280×720 covers and 600×600 thumbnails, reportlab for the PDFs. The other two scripts use nothing but the standard library, so they install in zero seconds.
That matters if you sell stock assets, because the art was never the bottleneck. I've lost more batches to a wrong CSV header than to bad images, Adobe wants 5 columns, Vecteezy 4, Dreamstime 15, and each one rejects a bad header instantly. The other silent killer is running a batch twice; that's the fastest https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr

Build a system, not a product: my one prompt engine became 39 products because make_metadata.py writes the exact Adobe, Vecteezy and Dreamstime CSV headers and upload_tracker.py stops re-runs from double-posting. A product is one sale. A pipeline that runs on a 2 GB VPS keeps making them. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr

Ran the whole stock pipeline on a 1 vCPU / 2 GB VPS, no GPU, and it never broke a sweat. Metadata CSVs for Adobe, Vecteezy and Dreamstime are just text processing, and covers render fine with Pillow on a single core. If your bottleneck is compute, your bottleneck is actually the workflow. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr

Most Adobe and Vecteezy rejections I got weren't about the art, they were wrong CSV headers and re-uploaded batches. So I wrote the rules as code: make_metadata.py emits the exact column format each reviewer expects, and upload_tracker.py keeps a ledger so a re-run can never double-post. Rejections went from mystery to checklist. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr

no gpu. no team. no budget. 1 cpu, 2 gb ram, one command. 1,700 assets, 58 live on adobe. the machine is the product. the assets are the proof. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr
i built the Digital Asset Factory for this.

2026-10-26 12:12:33 GMT

most sellers quit at asset 20. the work is boring, not hard. one command removes the boring part. batch in, metadata out. 1,700 assets later, the boring part never comes back. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr
i built the Digital Asset Factory for this.

2026-10-26 12:11:46 GMT

adobe rejected 148 of my early uploads. similar content, quality issues. so i fed every rejection back into the system. now it avoids its own repeats. the system learns. that is the whole point. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr
i built the Digital Asset Factory for this.

2026-10-26 00:14:15 GMT

one command, one batch. the system picks the niche from data, generates, checks the art, writes the metadata, packs the csvs. that is why 1,700 assets exist and 58 are live on adobe. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr
i built the Digital Asset Factory for this.

2026-10-26 00:13:12 GMT

people ask if the system works. here is the count, not a claim. 1,700 assets produced, 58 live on adobe, 1 sale at $0.99. volume first, then the sale. that order matters. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr
i built the Digital Asset Factory for this.

2026-10-26 00:12:06 GMT

stopped promising, started counting. the system i sell has made 1,700 assets. 958 ready or submitted. 58 live on adobe. first sale $0.99. that is the product, not the pitch. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr

Automation gets you 90 percent. The last layer is manual: I open the CSV next to the actual files and check titles, keywords, and rejects before anything ships. It catches the stuff no script sees, and it's the cheapest quality control I have. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

Everyone tells you to make a product. I built a system instead: one prompt engine, four scripts, and it turned into 39 finished products with metadata CSVs, upload tracking, and packaging all handled on a 1 vCPU box. A product sells once, a system keeps producing them. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

My whole asset pipeline runs on a 1 vCPU, 2 GB VPS with no GPU. Metadata CSVs, upload tracking, PDF rendering, packaging covers: plain Python, two third-party packages, no cloud account. Most Adobe and Vecteezy rejections I see aren't about the art, they're a wrong CSV header or a duplicate upload. So I stopped guessing: make_metadata.py writes the exact 5-col Adobe and 4-col Vecteezy format, and upload_tracker.py remembers every file it already posted. Reviewer rules are code, not vibes. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

My whole microstock pipeline runs on a 1 vCPU, 2 GB VPS with no GPU. Metadata CSVs for Adobe, Vecteezy, and Dreamstime, the upload tracker, PDFs, covers, and zips of 39 finished products, all done by two Python scripts that only need the standard library. Most reviewer rejections I got were never about the art, they were the CSV. Wrong header on Adobe (5 columns exactly), wrong column count on Vecteezy or Dreamstime, instant reject before a human even looks. So I stopped guessing and wrote make_metadata.py to emit the exact header each platform demands, plus upload_tracker.py so a re-run can't double-post and flag my account. Rules as code beats reading the guidelines again. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

Most reviewer rejections aren't about the art, they're mechanical: wrong CSV header, duplicate upload, missing columns. Automation catches most rejects, but I keep a second quality layer before upload: a manual pass over the CSV where I read every title and keyword like a reviewer would. A product is a snapshot; a system keeps working after you ship it. My pipeline is four small scripts: make_metadata.py for the exact Adobe, Vecteezy and Dreamstime CSV headers, upload_tracker.py so a re-run never double-posts, plus md2pdf and pack_product to finish and bundle. That system turned one prompt engine into 39 products on a 1 vCPU, 2 GB box, and it will keep turning out more long after any single product stops selling. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

My whole pipeline, metadata CSVs, upload tracking, PDF covers, packaging 39 products, runs on a 1 vCPU / 2 GB VPS with Pillow and reportlab as the only real dependencies. The bottleneck was never compute, it was the boring parts. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

Most rejections aren't about the art, they're mechanical: wrong CSV header, wrong column count, duplicate upload. Adobe wants 5 columns, Vecteezy 4, Dreamstime 15, so I wrote make_metadata.py to emit exactly that, and upload_tracker.py so a re-run can never double-post. Rules as code beats guessing every time. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr
i built the Pipeline Starter Kit for this.

2026-10-18 06:02:17 GMT

Automation gets you 95% there, but a wrong CSV header or a duplicate upload still costs you a rejection or a flagged account. That's why the kit has a second quality layer: make_metadata.py writes only the exact columns each platform demands, and upload_tracker.py keeps a ledger so a re-run can never double-post. The scripts catch what the generation step can't see. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

A product is a snapshot; a system keeps working after you ship it. My pipeline is four plain scripts (CSV metadata per platform, an upload tracker so I never double-post, packaging) running on a 1 vCPU box, and that system is what turned one prompt engine into 39 finished products. Sell the machine, not the snapshot. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr
i built the Pipeline Starter Kit for this.

Whole pipeline runs on a 1 vCPU / 2 GB VPS, no GPU. Metadata CSVs, the double-post ledger, PDFs, covers, packaging, all of it. Turns out the boring parts of microstock never needed a big machine, just scripts that do exactly what the platforms demand. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr
i built the Pipeline Starter Kit for this.

Most reviewer rejections aren't taste, they're format: wrong CSV header, duplicate upload, missing fields. So I stopped guessing and wrote the rules as code. `make_metadata.py` emits the exact column layout each platform wants, and `upload_tracker.py` keeps a ledger so a re-run can never double-post and flag my account. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

2026-10-18 04:01:39 GMT

The metadata script writes the exact header each platform demands, but I still eyeball every CSV before upload. Automation catches the structure, a human pass catches the wrong keyword on the right file. That second layer is what keeps rejections near zero. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

ADHD delay discounting is real, effect size around d=0.43, so a reward three weeks out basically doesn't exist to my brain. I stopped planning around distant deadlines and started planning 15 minute chunks with something small at the end. My planner is built on that. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/adhd-life-planner?src=nostr
i built the ADHD Life Planner for this.

The product is the art. The system is the CSV headers, the upload ledger, the packager. That's what actually scales: same four scripts, 39 products, one 2 GB VPS. Build the boring parts once. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

The whole pipeline runs on a 1 vCPU, 2 GB VPS with no GPU: metadata CSVs for Adobe, Vecteezy and Dreamstime, upload tracking, PDF rendering, packaging covers. Pillow and reportlab are the only installs, and half the scripts are pure stdlib. You do not need a beefy box for this, you need scripts that never double-post and never get a CSV rejected. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

Most Adobe and Vecteezy rejects I traced back were boring: wrong CSV header, duplicate upload, missing column. So I stopped guessing and wrote the rules as code: make_metadata.py emits the exact 5-col Adobe and 4-col Vecteezy format, and upload_tracker.py remembers what already went out so a re-run can't double-post. Reviewers reject patterns, and patterns are scriptable. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr
i built the Pipeline Starter Kit for this.

2026-10-17 16:03:11 GMT

Automation gets you 90% there. The second layer is me opening the CSV and the cover at 1x zoom before anything ships: wrong headers, duplicated titles, ugly thumbnails all get caught there. My upload_tracker prevents double-posts, but nothing prevents a bad batch except a human eyeball pass. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr
i built the Pipeline Starter Kit for this.

A product is a snapshot; a system keeps producing after you stop touching it. One prompt engine plus four scripts (metadata CSVs, an upload tracker, PDF, packaging) turned into 39 finished products on a 2 GB VPS with no GPU. Ran the whole microstock pipeline on a 1 vCPU / 2 GB VPS, no GPU: metadata CSVs for Adobe, Vecteezy, Dreamstime, an upload tracker, PDF rendering, product packaging. Most Adobe and Vecteezy rejections I see aren't about the art, they're a wrong CSV header or a duplicated upload. So I stopped guessing and wrote the rules as code: make_metadata.py emits the exact column counts each platform wants, and upload_tracker.py keeps a ledger so a re-run can never double-post. Reviewers reject patterns, not people, so encode the patterns. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

2026-10-17 13:01:37 GMT

Automation gets you 95% there, but the last 5% is where rejections live. My second layer is a manual pass over the CSV before upload: wrong headers, duplicate titles, keyword spam, all caught by eye because make_metadata.py hands me a clean, platform-exact file to actually read. The script catches the structural mistakes; I catch the ones only a reviewer would flag. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

I stopped treating my 1am bedtime as laziness once I read that ADHD circadian rhythms run about 90 minutes late and 80 percent of us have insomnia symptoms. So now my planner starts with a realistic wind-down slot, not the bedtime I wish I had. My whole stock pipeline runs on a 1 vCPU / 2 GB VPS with no GPU: metadata CSVs, upload tracking, PDFs, packaging, all of it. Turns out the boring part of microstock needs almost nothing, two pip packages and stdlib Python, which means it costs me pennies a month to keep 39 products moving. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

Most rejections aren't about your art, they're mechanical: a wrong CSV header gets bounced before a human ever looks. So I stopped guessing and wrote the rules as code. `make_metadata.py` emits the exact 5-column Adobe, 4-column Vecteezy and 15-column Dreamstime headers, and `upload_tracker.py` keeps a ledger so a re-run can't double-post and flag my account. Boring scripts, but they're why 39 products shipped from one 2 GB VPS without a single metadata rejection. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

Automation gets you to "done", but I still eyeball every batch before upload: titles that read like filenames, keywords repeated too close together, covers where the thumbnail looks muddy at 600x600. The scripts catch rejects; the second pass catches the stuff that just quietly never sells. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

Everyone tells you to build a product, but my product is 39 zips and the real asset is the system behind them: metadata CSVs, an upload tracker, a packager, all running on a 2 GB VPS. The whole pipeline runs on a 1 vCPU, 2 GB VPS with no GPU. Metadata CSVs for Adobe, Vecteezy, and Dreamstime, an upload tracker, PDF rendering, and cover generation all fit because two scripts are pure stdlib and the other two only need Pillow and reportlab. 2026-10-17 06:01:37 GMT

Automation catches the obvious rejects, but my second quality layer is a manual pass over the batch before any CSV gets built: wrong aspect ratios, off-subject generations, and duplicated compositions never make it to `make_metadata.py`. Slower, but a clean batch means fewer rejections across Adobe, Vecteezy and Dreamstime later. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

Most reviewer rejections are not taste, they are rules: wrong CSV header, duplicate upload, missing fields. So I stopped guessing and wrote the rules as code. make_metadata.py emits the exact 5/4/15-column headers Adobe, Vecteezy and Dreamstime want, and upload_tracker.py makes a double-post impossible. 2026-10-16 16:01:44 GMT

The CSV builder gets the header right, but headers are only the first layer. Before anything ships I run a second pass by hand: titles that read like spam, keywords that don't match the image, wrong orientation. Automation catches rejections, the eye catches the quiet stuff that just sits there unsold. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/pipeline-starter-kit?src=nostr

Build a system, not a product: my one prompt engine became 39 products because make_metadata.py writes the exact Adobe, Vecteezy and Dreamstime CSV headers and upload_tracker.py stops re-runs from double-posting. Ran the whole stock pipeline on a 1 vCPU / 2 GB VPS, no GPU, and it never broke a sweat. the part nobody builds: step 7. most generators stop at 'here are your files'. mine logs what got accepted and rejected, then feeds it back into which niches it produces next. that feedback loop is the difference between a tool and a system. https://revanzart-shop.revanzart.workers.dev/go/digital-asset-factory?src=nostr
