Anyway, here goes.
I like Trump’s proposed policy of opening up federal lands and incentivizing the development of more housing.
That is much more likely to help pricing as opposed to going after greedy price gouging builders and homeowners.

It’s an interesting proposition because the comparison to what they are using and know are pretty good user experiences. The real pain, censorship and cancellation, is something that is rare and many don’t experience that pain or concern.
I think it’ll take some influencers who bring swaths of their audience over after being censored or banned…just a matter of when.

My account was closed, with a general violation of terms message. I read and don’t see any that I violated.
I appealed, and was given a general link to the terms.
I’m so disappointed that my trust and confidence in cash app resulted in this.
How can I get more info on my account and supposed violation?
Isn’t it wrong to close accounts without giving a justification? I have no idea what happened or what I can do.

For those prioritizing shitcoins over Bitcoin - I’ve recently sent this in response:
My thesis: No asset in history has absolute scarcity like Bitcoin. Up to this point, VC's have been pumping Alt's, traders have been using chart fundamentals, and both have been the largest influencers on price. This has driven billions of capital away from the revolutionary innovation, into speculator assets that have been dumping on retail investors and taking their money.
This cycle, institutions, mega-cap corps, and nation states are getting in, and almost exclusively into BTC. The convergence of a demand shock and supply shock will break all models and rocket BTC..up and to the right.
Plus - regulators in the US are in close coordination with others around the world to focus on all proof-of-stake coins and tokens to get them into compliance...which likely means most shutting down or moving to remote corners of the internet.

Blackrock, Fidelity, Vanguard leveled up by SEC to own deposits from wealthy early investors. ETF imminent. Halving. Institutional adoption accessible just as the US borrows money just to pay interest on debt.
BoJ doing crazy(unpredictable) shit with collapsing population and decades of stagnant demand is a tell. Japan is the first big domino and a lynchpin of the fiat system.
The fiat experiment/ponzi is stretching at the seams. Not even considering derivatives and foreign exchange swap accounting tricks that supress quadrillions of risk built on a house of cards.

Where is the best place to find relays? I’ve seen mentions of relays existing by topic, however I’ve been unable to find this level of detail.
I see https://nostr.watch/ and have searched for a list with more details, without success so far.
I’d like to be able to find relays that specialize in astronomy, photography, sports, and other topics…does this exist?

What level of concern do you have that an executive order will be issued related to bitcoin and terrorism?
Even if there is minimal to no evidence it's a bigger problem than usd, it could delay the etf beyond the election and muddy the regulatory waters.
I'm stacking either way, but the adoption by institutions and via international trade will be negatively impacted.

When the movie "Rain Man" came out, it was 2 years after the vaccine legislation passed which skyrocketed the number of vaccines children receive (and profits to drug companies) - maybe preprogramming from Hollywood.
Now, "Dumb Money" is released, which wedges the wealthy elite vs. retail in the Internet age. Just as Bitcoin is set to receive institutional adoption via Spot ETF, Nation-State embrace, Endowments and all big money to simply escape the debt spiral from the defunct political environment which requires risky investments to preserve purchasing power.
As long as "Dumb Money" has diamond hands and holds, the old guard is taking it (in/on the wherever). And there's nothing they can do about it, except accept it and join.
