"The idea prevails with some, indeed it has expression in arguments at the bar, that we have in this country substantially two national governments; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and independently of that instrument, by exercising such powers as other nations of the earth are accustomed to... I take leave to say that, if the principles thus announced should ever receive the sanction of a majority of this court, a radical and mischievous change in our system will result. We will, in that event, pass from the era of constitutional liberty guarded and protected by a written constitution into an era of legislative absolutism... It will be an evil day for American Liberty if the theory of a government outside the Supreme Law of the Land finds lodgment in our Constitutional Jurisprudence. No higher duty rests upon this court than to exert its full authority to prevent all violation of the principles of the Constitution." --Honorable Supreme Court Justice John Harlan in the 1901 case of Downes v. Bidwell.

Big if true. And in 31 USC 3124 “obligations of the United States” defined in 18 USC 8 are exempt from taxation, except for corporations. Interesting. What’s going on?
Are US citizens corporations, er, property of the United States, 28 USC 3002 (15)(a) the corporation? 15 USC 4724 (e)(1) indicates so. WTF?!

You can create a private common law non -statutory express trust where it only recognizes gold, silver, and bitcoin as money.
Then move your cold storage private keys into it, and also your start9 and any other electronic devices you want protected.
Then empower the trustee with the obligation to negotiate federal reserve notes into as much bitcoin as possible.
It makes it almost impossibly for anyone to legally gain access to your corn and associated software and hardware systems.
Also opens some interesting doors.
Bring back sound money.

2025-09-06 01:52:20 GMT

The “United States” is trying to overthrow the “United States of America”.
28 U.S. Code § 1746 is clear.
The United States of America is a constitutional republic.
The United States is a federal corporation per 28 U.S. Code § 3002
The United States citizen is a business per 15 U.S. Code § 4724
Foley Bros., inc v Filardo, 336 US 281 (1959) clarified that Congress only has territorial jurisdiction in the United States.
UCC 9-307(h) establishes that the United States is located in the District of Columbia.
42 U.S. Code § 1982 says property rights of US citizens should have the same rights enjoyed by white citizens.
You can see clearly here, the United States citizens, are not people at all, but rather corporate franchises of the United States corporation in the District of Columbia under the jurisdiction of Congress
These US citizen corporations, do not have access to constitutional protections afforded to citizens of the states
Stay tuned, I’ll share a variety of court cases that uphold all the above as truth

2025-09-06 01:31:41 GMT

Article 1 Section 10 of the USA constitution protects people’s right to privately contract.
I’m contracted by my trust to avoid federal reserve notes inside of the trust. It can only use real money - Bitcoin, gold, and silver.
This is incredibly powerful, when combined with the constitution.
Banks have lost their power and utility via dollar debasement. And fraud. Banks are largely fraudulent when lending.
They don’t lend money they have, they exchange your promissory note for newly created federal reserve notes.
And this inflates the supply of dollars for everyone, harming purchasing power.

2025-09-06 00:13:02 GMT

Can you really just make your own law?
Yes, private common law non-statutory express trusts do this.
Mine doesn’t allow the holding of federal reserve notes directly and can’t get a bank account.
It requires bitcoin, gold, or silver as money.
Interesting situation when other parties require federal reserve notes.
But an easy solution exists, with another private contract to honor the law of the trust.

The USA federal government was constructed with rights given by the people in order to protect their inalienable rights, protect the integrity of money, and manage international affairs.
After the 14th amendment, the "US Citizen" was created, enfranshising people as businesses owned by the federal government.
Very few people are 14th amendment citizens, however through ignorance and/or deception, almost everyone volunteers for it, while giving up their constitutionally protected inalienable rights.
Now, they've sent your children to war to kill strangers children - for over a century, centralized control of resources to public corporations controlled by big banks, broken your money, micro-managed your life via statutes, made your ability to present yourself unavailable (you must use an attorney to represent you), and butchered the freedom secured by the American Revolution.
Who cares? What are you going to do about it?

My daughter, a senior in high school, is in an Econ class. They are investing in stocks in a mock exercise she asked for my help in planning her strategy.
For Econ. Best of all, it’s true and will make lots of real money, bitcoin or gold. Not those federal reserve promissory notes that are defined in UCC-3 and unfairly advantages the banks while debasing the value of the dollar. The “dollar” is not money ( since leaving the gold standard in 1971 officially but practically in 1933), but a complicated legal commercial contract based means of exchange.
The digital transformation of capital and artificial intelligence creates opportunities where scarce desirable resources in these domains will attract global investment.
Metaplanet has engineered a bitcoin acquisition strategy. The unwinding of the yen carry trade is significant in global capital market dynamics and Metaplanet is well positioned to transform 20th century capital into the fastest horse acquiring 21st century capital, Bitcoin. After being the fastest growing stock in the entire world in 2024, they’ve positioned themselves for further scale in 2025.
IREN and CIFR hold scarce hard assets, including clean power, real estate in key interconnect areas, data center infrastructure built for the next generation of compute, and critical infrastructure that hyperacalars with trillions of dollars in capital are chasing and requires several years or more to build. The demand for AI compute is so large and supply so scarce it represents one of the largest imbalances of supply and demand we’ve seen in modern markets. And to top it off, both of these companies have bootstrapped their operations by earning cash flows from the mining of digital capital using their early infrastructure which positions them to create the necessary new capital in an appreciating asset (bitcoin) that allows them to acquire additional resources needed for compute infrastructure. This creates a flywheel in today’s modern market economy.
The USA is determined to lead in both of these hypergrowth technologies.
I like the stocks.
Unfortunately, the semester ends in December, and while I would’ve chosen MSTR, the high time preference environment, elicits these recommendations. And it appears to be the perfect time for her to take this class and invest in these equities.
I can’t wait for her class to see the impact of the thesis.

Bitcoin + state citizenship (only citizenship that is protected by the constitution) + a non-statutory common law express trust is the ultimate freedom combination.
The “United States” corporation fights hard to obfuscate the power Americans have to impact their lives and the global economy. They want a monopoly on the supply of money, which matters not in natural and constitutional rights. Money has already been defined in the constitution as gold and silver coin.
It takes courage to stand for freedom and your inalienable rights.

2025-08-30 08:16:22 GMT

You lack courage.
You’re not confident in your future self being secured in your current self’s custody.
You take what you do earn and trade it for hacks riding others coattails.
And you complain.
Blame others.
Well. You are being robbed and deceived, but it’s not what you think.
It’s the dollar and the “United States”.
Maybe your “citizenship”
Almost nobody lives in the United States. The District of Columbia- a 10x10 sq mile parcel not yet finalized when the constitution was ratified.
The United States of America is a collection of states comprised of people protected by the constitution.
Not under the authority of the United States. - A corporation formed in the District of Columbia confusingly using legalese to trick sovereign people into joining a legal fiction, an ens legis using their own name, to franchise them as a United States citizen.
The United States citizen was a product of the 14th amendment. The 13th amendment wasn’t enough, as Dred Scott was considered a “person”, and not a member of the people.
The 14th amendment was required to give the federal government the ability to streamline treatment of basic protections, privileges, and immunities, that the states were not affording to the people living in them.
The slaughterhouse cases clarified that citizens of the states were separate and different from United States citizens.
Only citizens of the states had protection from the Bill of Rights
United States citizens had privileges and immunities which were very limited
Why is this important?
The District of Columbia is tasked with coining money.
Money is only gold and silver coin, according to the Constitution of the people.
The severing of the dollar from money/gold and silver coin has produced an impoverishment of the entire world based on the control over the supply of money and who controls the resources and means of production.
1913 was a robbery.
A century of global war and conflict, widening wealth, gap, and what appears to be the fracturing of the poisonous treacherous system
What do you know about money and governance?
What do you know about standing for something?
Would you sacrifice your values for comfort?
Your freedom?

2025-08-30 08:15:11 GMT

Constitution: Me man, here gold
Dollar: me not money, negotiable instrument from ucc-3 regulated in District of Columbia as United States corporation but not in states of America except for people that contract the bill of rights away for privileges and violently enforced contracts priced in federal reserve promissory notes backed by the autograph of people who volunteer for this. Any questions? You should have better understood the terms. HFSP

Americans, like me, want the United States to treat everyone like they are citizens of the states. By representing America as the United States corporation, we are violating the golden rule.
Time to reign in the United States and it’s imperial power trip.

2025-04-10 16:09:04 GMT

Broken Money - Chapter 13, excellent! Thanks for sharing @nprofile…0f8l !
My take: United States, the Empire - is a corporation per 28 USC 3002. This is basically Congress’ company, but the CEO is the president. It does NOT include the states of the union, just the District of Columbia. Foreign affairs.
United States, the Country - is the United States of America, which includes the states of the union.
You can see CLEAR differences in politicians saying “United States” vs. “United States of America”.
In fact, you’ll notice large corporations with the same deference.
The “United States” corporation/empire, is exactly what people think of as the deep state. It’s a company masquerading as a country, and in doing so, has commercialized citizens into basically livestock.
People think this is coming from a crazy loon, but that’s what the constitution, United States Code, and Supreme Court say.
Anyway, the empire is the deep state is the latest manifestation of the wealthy/powerful commercializing citizens and lording over them, which the constitution was constructed to prevent.
Gold and silver coin only as money vs. fiat today? Yep, citizens of the states of the union are protected, US Citizens (corporations per 15 USC 4724) have rights limited to the 14th amendment and not the rest of the constitution and bill of rights.
Trump says United States of America, and talks about those workers in chapter 13. Maybe liberation day was more than just about trade?

Everyone ready for:
For the first time ever, really, we’re making history folks, this is a reaaaly big on. The first, Bitbond, it’s a bitbond where the United States Treasury will issue bonds backed by a little bit of bitcoin. It’s just a bit of bitcoin now, but it’s gonna be really big in (looks over) what do you think, 10 years? 10 years, we’ll see. People like bitcoin. And we’re for the people, so we’re for bitcoin.

Doing things over a long period of time is hard, but not because any one thing is hard..consistency is.
I’ve experienced this over the last few months. I committed to a 5 day fast, then 1 meal per day, in order to get healthier and, of course, lose weight.
Each day is easy, but looking at 1/3 to 1/2 pound per day weight loss is difficult to appreciate on any single day.
Eating one meal per day is easy.
Resisting the temptation to gorge at night is easy considering 100 days of progress, but not easy looking at one day.
Then, over time, you feel great, and seeing -25lbs on the scale is so rewarding it makes consistency easy again.

The constitution is better than you know, make sure you understand what it means to call yourself a “US Citizen”.
If you’re born in one of the states of the union, then you have a citizenship much more powerful than US citizenship, and money is defined by gold and silver coin for citizens of the states. Not so for US Citizens, they get “negotiable instruments” ie the dollar…because they’re a corporate entity, not a freeman of the union.

57” - holy moly!! I think I need a bigger desk. I do want to see how it is working on the big monitors.
I am an inept gamer, so all that real estate will be used for managing a math education business and creating content, largely video.
I a 57” monitor pulls me into serious gaming, it may be a big upgrade from boring work.

My nostr feed is so nice to read.
I do want to discover more content, twitter is so good with accounts like Brian Rommele, Massimo, and I could go on.
There are some great finds here, and it’s fun to be so early that you can peek around and discover new things everywhere you look…and bugs haha.
I’m committed to consistently using it daily, including posting and engaging with others.
And zapping is amazing, you feel it…and it feels so good.
Let’s go!

I think nostr may be a great way to connect with like minded people who are losing confidence in the existing system and uncertain about the future of education.
By giving our curriculum away for free, making it super easy to use, and pairing it with some teaching fundamentals about how young students learn, to make math learning effective and fun.
Too much stigma about math, it’s amazing and when students understand why and how the math works, they love learning more.

2025-04-05 19:37:50 GMT

Celebrating here! I’ve had a client for eight years, absolute amazing people and what I think is the best math education in the world for primary school.
Just made a joint venture agreement to join the company and help it grow!
Now, the education market is similar to a cartel with just a few companies dominating the resource resources schools use.
My first action with this venture will be open, sourcing the curriculum! It’s a fairly substantial project with around 500 lessons, each needing review and aesthetic enhancements to ensure an awesome experience for anyone, not just teachers.
Stay tuned…

Young generations - this is your depression.
Boomers are wealthy, yeah - but the enemy is those who indebted them and inflated asset values…central banks.
Bitcoin will end the depression, quality, time, and peace is coming.

2025-04-04 06:03:12 GMT

Nothing is more “for the people” than Bitcoin.
Central banks have a lot of influence, they print the money. All big institutions interests are closely aligned.
Tariffs have complex arguments, and negotiation is obviously something that produces some raging.
Time preference. Take a deep breath, let’s see how things go.
Did you know money is limited to gold and silver coin, constitutionally?
Legal tender, now that’s a different story..Federal Reserve Notes are “negotiable instruments”, like ethereum.
Simple is best, but there are certainly use cases for complexity.

The 14th amendment confused Americans into identifying as a company and giving up the bill of rights. See here, only referencing constitution, United States Code, and Supreme Court.

It’s not easy to understand why to love Bitcoin.
It’s even less easy to understand why to love the USA Constitution.
Rules over rulers.
In that, they are the same.
And, the USA Constitution was constructed perfectly to open the doors to a new money outside of the control of humans.
Man lives under the laws of nature, of god alone.
See what the Courts had to say about that in 1796:
“It is not a rule upon mankind in their natural state. There, every man is independent of all laws, except those prescribed by nature. He is not bound by any institutions formed by his fellowmen without his consent. “Cruden v. Neale, 2 N.C. (1796) 2 S.E. 70

2025-04-03 14:12:30 GMT

Tell me 1 thing from the USA Constitution, and I’ll zap you.
I’ll start, the constitution limits the powers of congress in Article 1 Section 8.
Their jurisdiction is limited to the seat of government, which is now the District of Columbia, but at the time was not certain, so they put:
“To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of Particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States”

Fascinating history behind the American revolution.
Checkout the currency act of 1764, where England killed the currencies used in the colonies.
The culmination of policies from England led to high unemployment, economic distress, and obviously led to an historic revolution.
Even more interesting though, is in the USA Constitution, it explicitly required debts be paid in money via gold and silver coin, and EXPLICITLY forbid the use of debt monies (negotiable instruments).
How did the United States end up ditching the constitution?
By creating their own deep state, a public corporation, registered in the District of Columbia, and via use of the 14th amendment, turned the inalienable rights of Americans into privileges and immunities protecting corporations.
People don’t understand and it’s the most significant tyrannical move on the people of America and the world since America was born.
Land of the brave and home of the free? If you read and understand your constitution, then yes.
If you are motivated by fear of reprisal, then you may give up your rights the founders pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor for.
Federal Reserve Notes are NOT MONEY.
Bitcoin is, though, and it’ll take a constitutional amendment to recognize it as such.
It’s coming, ETA 2030.

If you’re born in America, you give up your rights by claiming US Citizenship.
Understand the constitution, it’s 4 pages of pure, unadulterated power projection.
