She's turned into a prolific artist over the years and creates way more art than our house can handle, and she's run out of friends to gift them to. But I grew up with a hot tub, so I knew what I was getting into and the amount of maintenance it requires. Overall, it's not a lot, but my wife and I are the only people who go in it, so it's relatively easy to keep clean. My advice, buy a small one. I wasn't completely sold on it, but now that we've finished, I have warmed up to it. She wants to continue the wood along the side wall (it would cover just the dark part of the wall). I'm 50/50 on that. I would be happy if we just painted that wall all one color (either the dark or light). She's probably at least a few weeks out. She is super friendly. We just got her yesterday and she slept on the bed with us the entire night. The last time we had an all black pregnant cat we got several tabbies, a couple of lynx points, and only one all black kitten. So don't judge a book by it's cover. You never know what's inside.
