I think touchscreen tablet are here to stay. Depend on how it's used.
Friend in real estate (sometimes) works in the field and have seen potential clients be impressed when he takes out his iPad Mini and walks them through some maps on Google Earth instead of taking out a bulky laptop, open it up and then adjusting the screen towards the client's face. He'll then hand them over the Mini and let them pinch in/out. Same with floor plans and the like.

Loved the vibes around #Nostr. Whipped up a server and was on it for a month, so I know.
- Non judgemental crowd
- No need to constantly look over your shoulder if you will be policed or your server will be Fediblocked because you have an unpopular opinion e.g. being a TERF or anti-LGBTQ or anti-Bitcoin or anti-Kamala or anti-Trump.

It's all fine and rosy when it comes to providing shelter to someone in need. I don't mind either. But it starts becoming a problem when it has socio-economic impacts in the region you live.
