When we live our lives largely without devices, social media or sitting in front of a screen for any length of time, we will very quickly understand that we have NOT progressed as humans at all. We have U turned, gone backwards and become roboticised human like creatures

It is the most liberating feeling when you spend less than 15 mins of the day using your mobile device.
From silent time in the early morning sunlight, walking through the park, breakfasting with elderly parents, harvesting plums & runner beans from the back garden, baking a Victoria Plum upside down for a weekend family BBQ tomorrow, banter with my local skilled tradesman... today it was the LPG mechanic teaching me how to manage my campervan gas cylinder fittings, a solid focussed 90 mins on #Bitcoin education, and still time to weed the driveway, cook up a lunch, feed the hens, deadhead the flowers & pop into the village for provisions.
Zero distractions, zero notifications, plenty of SUN, and less than 15 mins on this device.
No Twitter bullshit, shorts shit, useless talk... even on this platform ...
Until you re..wind the clock and re...member how we humans used to live before distractions (social media) dumbed down our mind and thinking, you are likely living a Humanoid existence.
Living in alignment to Nature's principles is emancipation in action... and by doing so you are "actively" living in Freedom.

This is a MUST watch.
I've been listening to Dr Jack Kruse's podcasts with full and focussed attention for the last three days. Utterly, utterly superb!
Part one below, part two, and at least two other podcasts since this flagship one with Huberman and Rick Rubin below.
Having spent thirteen years now researching the flaws of the centralised medical system, (having healed myself from Crohns disease from 2012 to 2015) studying at the (arguably) largest Holistic Nutrition School globally, based in New York, and endless reading, studying and experiential practice in the area of Holistic Nutrition and Ayurveda,
I cannot believe I had not come across Dr Jack Kruse before.
He is an absolute pioneer in his understanding of health.
For me, it is no less than magic.
He is an Albert Einstein and more!
He has cemented my knowledge of health and the Circadian rhythm and has beautifully connected the spiritual science, which I have a deep experiential innerstanding of , with physical science steeped in Physics from the quantum perspective.
I am just blown away at his vastly superior way of thinking and ability to read information to figure out the Truth.
Enlightening work!
He is not afraid to call out the bullshitters, which makes up the entire breadth of the current centralised medical system. Even those who think they are not...
Unsurprisingly, it was through the #bitcoin space that he was brought to my attention by a fellow Bitcoiner.
Of course, it's obvious that Kruse is himself a true Bitcoiner given his knowledge of Nature and her principles.
It is the same reason why I entered the #bitcoin space last year in 2022.
This post is probably not for everyone. Too many egos will be dented! Ouch!
I believe Kruse's work resonates with those already on a particular journey towards the Truth... those who are realising that they are the LIGHT beyond the identity, ego and image.
Those people will also be sincere Humanitarians, interested in the Nature of Human Beings and the survival of our species and Mother Earth.
Those are the people I consider True Bitcoin Minds anyway. The rest is all enslaved thinking.
Frankly speaking, it is pretty pointless focussing on stacking sats, if we are not interested in Human Health, the true spiritual nature of Who We Are, and the Decentralised Science that brings it altogether.
Those who don't take the time to figure that out, will have been turned into a hybridised fried brains, lumps of artificially intelligent humanoids before Bitcoin has even begun it's day! Be warned!
It's time to slap yourselves around the face and wake up.
No time for diplomacy. After all, diplomacy is a centralised term for " how to be an honest liar".
We all know which institutions exercise diplomacy...

Those Blackrock low negative frequencies, together with the SEC, FRB (all part of the same playbook) and similar institutions are going to try and play a very dirty game with #Bitcoin in the nearing times.

Our job is simply to step out of its way and "silently" observe the comic act.

Staying physically alive is actually the least of our concerns. That will be much easier.

In fact, vitamin D synthesis is also much more powerful when sunlight is absorbed through the retina.
I never ever wear sunglasses unless I'm really struggling to see.. for example when driving.
It's always a sun hat if necessary.
Sunglasses are a FIAT frequency.

Since the 2020 convid plandemic, I have made significant changes to my life.
My personal Sovereignty and the Freedom of Humanity is at the core of my Being.
Facebook deleted. Instagram deleted once, and now only set up to follow specific Bitcoin educators.
Twitter deleted and then set up to follow Bitcoin and inspiring threads only.
No television, No radio ever! Not even films.
Created a Home Grow System in the garden. Chickens, fruit and vegetables and for a short time, rabbit breeding, dispatching and eating.
Focussed on repairing and strengthing familial relationships.
More time with members of the local community. Stopping to chat to the elderly in the neighbourhood.
Becoming more aware of the needs of physical beings around me every day.
Selling chicken eggs for a fair energy exchange with family and community.
Spending significant time in the sunlight with Nature in SILENCE. Not a meditation per se ... but enjoying the state itself. The Truth almost always resonates strongly during Silence.
I live in alignment to Nature's principles with the circadian rhythms. Walking outdoors each morning, sleeping by 930pm, and awake very early with the sunlight most days.
I have home cooked for years, and today much of the veggie produce comes from my own humble back garden. I buy meat from the community butcher.
We don't realise how our energy impacts the nature of the produce we grow with our own hands.
In May 2022, I discovered #Bitcoin while sowing seeds in the garden. That was a sledge hammer moment; a mind blowing story in itself.
Spent hours each day (and still do) opening my mind to #bitcoin technology and actively implementing the knowledge.
I am still a beginner.
You Tube has offered huge insights and education in the Bitcoin space.
I continue to read hugely inspiring books be they spiritual, historical, philosophical or Bitcoin related or otherwise.
All containing rich knowledge that help me figure out Truth when I am in a state of Silence.
I found Nostr only a few months ago. I'm now increasing the time spent in this decentralised and exciting space.
And soon, I will delete all centralised social media for good. That time is almost upon us
I'd like to share with you that just from these actions alone, the feeling of Freedom I feel within is hugely profound.
Every choice we make is our responsibility alone. And these have a life changing impact on not just your life, but the lives of those around you.
My focus has been on one thing.
Living a life in alignment to Nature's principles.
This has helped me re...member Who I Am; an enlightened being, the very real energetic (electrical) power that we humans naturally are.
When we plug into Nature's frequency and disconnect ourselves from the negative bandwidth of the matrix ( social media and all mainstream influences), our cells start to vibrate at a certain resonance.
And that resonance is felt by others for miles and miles around us. That is the true Orange Pill.
We also develop the ability to "see" the way forward using our antennae that connect to source; an electrical current inspired by Nature.
I do not recognise the frequency of FEAR. It doesn't exist in my reality.
Fear has always been a suggestion that has been absorbed by the mass mind through wars, financial enslavement and forms of control.
The way to Say NO is to change our Way of Life....NOW... in this moment.
Releasing our enslaved shackles from the current System is a process.
It starts with the realisation.
Many only see this when a proverbial sledgehammer hits them, or worse still, mortality stares them in the face.
But when that happens, the journey to Truth begins. It happens through the choices we make, day by day, hour by hour...
This is the Awakening. And this is Enlightenment.
Available to each and every one of us at this moment.
Choose EVERYTHING you do each and every day, with great care and always from Inner instruction.
It will stem from a frequency of LOVE.
Respect every second of your time.

A great validation Lynn, and all the points make logical sense.
However, when we are aware of the dark agenda behind Twitter, (which is crystal clear from my vantage point), it is a simple NO.
NO means NO.
And requires focussed action to move yourself and your followers ( a FIAT term may I add) to Nostr NOW.
This is no different to saying NO to FIAT in currency terms and moving all wealth to #Bitcoin.
In @saylors own words. It takes Nation states or large institutions to adopt #Bitcoin to enable mass adoption.

Yes, it can be a challenge when using terms and labels ( collectivism , tribalism etc) to clear and succinctly explain this.
Throughout history, those smaller groups, communities, tribes that have succeeded ( living in relative peace over a period of time) are those that shared a philosophy of life , whether through a faith or some kind of religion that bound them together. They elected their own leader who set the rules... and enjoyed a way of life that nurtured communion & respect for one another . Their medium of exchange was one in which energy exchange was fair for all concerned , as laid out by their respective tribal leader .
Perhaps communities might be a better fit.
As was already stated here, collectivism inherently despises anyone who practices an individualistic thought process.
The tribalist/Community perspective embraces the sovereign mind, but within the bounds of rules.... rather than rulers.
Just like #Bitcoin is ruled by software code with cryptographic rules to protect that sovereign being.
Fiat employs RULERS. Communist Collectivism.
Bitcoin employs Sovereignty using a precise mathematical formula and rules that can be verified by every single member of the Tribe.
Head twister for those who haven't delved deep enough to learn.
Still figuring it all out in my own mind.

Can anyone offer advice ?
I am not a naturally technical person. It requires an immense amount of work to implement one small new price of technology, and then I forget how I did it. Nonetheless, I'm ploughing on.

Just discovered this thanks to my son during our travels to Malaysia and Indonesia.
I'm listening to the first series of the British in India and the history of the East India Company, followed by the British Raj, the partition in 1947 and the theft of the Kohi Noor diamond.
I thought rhis would be a welcome break from my daily addiction to #Bitcoin knowledge and activities over the last twelve months.

Another excellent podcast in which Peter McCormack asks Jeff to simplify and explain his term
"Prices fall to the marginal cost of production"
in a way that a layman or child could understand.
This podcast helps us to gain a clearer picture of this. I recommend everyone listen in to this podcast, which will make deeper sense if you have read his book " the price of tomorrow".
But there is one part of his book and this podcast that I wholly and passionately disagree with. In fact, I am brave and authentic enough to point out that I believe Jeff is completely wrong.
This is his understanding of Human Intelligence .
From my perception (of listening to his views on this and reading the artifical Intelligence chapters in his book) Jeff believes that Human Intelligence is simply "error correction" .
He says we are "limited energy, limited storage and limited compute ". ABSOLUTELY NOT
That state is one that we have become through enslavement to a synthetic frequency over hundreds of years and more.
Reducing a Human Being to this level of insignificance displays a severe lack of understanding WHO WE ARE.
I believe this view comes from a mind who views the world only from logic and reason.... a disease of the left brained Human mind.
But we humans have forgotten a powerful Intelligence that we have within us which comes from our electric wiring to source.... known as a frequency... and is right brain driven.
We have already within us a "super Intelligence" that has been lost. It is nothing new. It has simply been forgotten.
And to think that a human minds merger with ARTIFICIAL intelligence... a synthetic Intelligence.. is the key to a new system and a world of prosperity is ludicrous and frankly, very dangerous.
This is a separate argument to Artifical Intelligence being centralised versus decentralised, although I would argue that even artifical Intelligence has been created by the centralised Human mind operating from a synthetic frequency attached to the current fake and fraudulent System.
(What Jeff appears to have overlooked is that #Bitcoin itself emulates Nature's Intelligence systems.... it is not subject to a synthetic controlled Intelligence... hence why it has no counterparty risk.)
History as we know it today is wholly based on LIES.
And even mainstream religion (manipulated truth) itself has a narrow lens through which to SEE the power of Who We Are.
Those Human beings living (as far as possible) aligned to Nature's Intelligence Systems have unlimited energy, abundant Intelligence, and an extraordinary power within them. NO artifical Intelligence can compete with this.
And this is what the Paradigm Shift is really about.
To believe that we have evolved as Human Beings in the technology sector is only the case if we live from the premise of logic and reason ...which is what we have been dumbed down to become.
This is not saying that logic and reason must be ignored. It is part of the Human condition.
But we are far more than that.
Through a particular way of life and state of being (silence) we are able to harness a Ledger of knowing ( know ledge) that comes from the Unified Mind.
Those who have studied the Cosmos and the changes happening in that area, will realise that Human beings are now receiving hugely increased waves of LIGHT into their cells.
Those who live in cellular integrity ( healthy body) are able to absorb this light energy and vibrate at a certain frequency. It is this frequency that connects to source through a very particular type of electrical wiring.
This is what Nikola Tesla meant when he talks about energy, frequency and vibration.
And this is what it known and feared by the overlords, especially in this transformative time.
And I believe this is why Artifical Intelligence is being developed at exponential speed. Its sole purpose is to take over the true Human Beings own powerful Intelligence.
I do not claim to be an authority on anything I have shared. However I am a human being who is conscious of using a balance between the right and left brain sphere.
And I experience extraordinary magic in action everyday.
Many do too, but are simply unaware of this power within them. How does one know what one can't compute that this is who they are.
The right brain energy is absent in most humans today, even those who claim to be spiritual. Most are also enslaved in that "spiritual" identity.
The paradox here is that this power we have within us through Nature's own Intelligence is not one that is logical . Neither does it come from the mainstream view of "reason".
It comes from an Inner reasoning ( not intuition as most know it). Instead from an Inner tuition through our wiring to source.
Imagine it flowing in from the sun and the unified field into our cells and vica versa.
Each time I write about this, it ignored. Largely because it is completely mis understood and jeered at by the common left brained mind.... the masses.
Those who have figured out the transformative thinking required in a #Bitcoin World would do well to spend time researching the magic of the real Human Being.
How can any form of ARTIFICAL Intelligence be embraced as a case to progress humanity?
It will do the polar opposite . That is an absolute TRUTH.
As Jeff says, one would need to think outside of the system to understand this Truth.

Oh No.... in this latest video by Matt Kratter, we see why Trezor is no longer safe due to its coinjoin affiliation with Wasabi and particularly ZKsnacks, the coordinator that's in bed with chain surveillance companies.
There is a very good argument in play to take a step back and watch on the side lines when new forms of technology appear in the #Bitcoin space instead of jumping straight into the next new product or service that appears.
As I have always maintained, seek to understand the character and history of the individuals concerned behind any new tech.
Who are they? What is their personal background? Spend the time and hours, weeks and months researching them first. Then apply your own inner instruction before moving ahead.
Even this doesn't guarantee that you have made the right choice each time.... but the probabilities will be in your favour.
The more I listen to Matt at Bitcoin University, the more I rate and respect his work... and the less and less credence I give to prominent Bitcoiners who are "paid for" by sponsors.
Frankly speaking, in this New System and Privacy space, you are not an independent thinker, nor are you acting in the best interest of the #bitcoin technology and space if you are being paid for by sponsors.

I listened intently to this Swan Signal podcast twice yesterday.
These are two of the brightest minds in the #Bitcoin space today.
Both hugely knowledgeable in the innerstanding of the principles of real Economics - the Austrian line of thought.
This helped to re inforce many ideas in my mind, based on todays Economic situation, which will lead to certain actions on my part; those in total alignment with a #Bitcoin future.
Saifedean reiterated the importance of focussing on the long term goal.
He is very clear... the FIAT system will weaken over time, and the #Bitcoin technology and ecosystem will continue to grow. Period.
Focussing on the minutiae Macro Economic spectrum in the existing system is futile when this Truth is understood.

Very little is innerstood about the 'Nature' of food.
It carries its own frequency...just like us.
I cook all my food at home. From raw ingredients as far as is possible. I use home ground herbs and spices that work synergistically with the food.
These offer maximum nourishment to the mind, body and even the spiritual side of us.
When we realise the massive and many benefits of consuming home grown produce cooked with loving hands, it will be a challenge to eat from commercial entities.
The question I always ask in my mind is .. Who is the person that cooked this? From where were the ingredients sourced? How alive was the soil in which they grew? How was it cooked?
You see, every detail in these questions matters... profusely.
Much of our ability to think from our source connection ( electrical wiring to universal intelligence) is linked to the integrity of every cell in our body.
When our cells are vibrating at a certain frequency, we have a powerful ability to absorb photonic light. This is accelerated when we are in an environment designed for the Human Being... outside in Nature's living room.. surrounded by trees or water ... as natural as possible.
I will say with conviction... it is not possible to innerstand and be come Who We Are unless we constantly seek to and then engage with our source.

Attended my first #Bitcoin gathering yesterday in the small town of Bedford UK.
Jeff Booth, Lawrence Lepard, James Lavish, Ben Arc were guests of Peter Mccormack of podcast What Bitcoin Did.
It is always inspiring listening, meeting and talking with such smart minds, especially Jeff Booth, having just read his THE PRICE OF TOMORROW publication.
But the most wonderful observation and feeling was noting that 150 Bitcoiners, some with family members had gathered together (from all parts of the UK, Europe and some from further afield) in the tiny town of Bedford, UK.
We were here to support the speakers and one another in a quest to gain a deeper understanding of the nature of the #Bitcoin ecosystem and assume our individual roles to embrace and encourage #Bitcoin adoption.
It was superb meeting and chatting to fellow Bitcoiners face to face. So many varied points of view, stages of #Bitcoin development and several adoption initiatives in play.🧡
Much of the conversation on stage centred on the flaws of the current financial system ( inflationary theft) and explaining how #Bitcoin and deflation offered the solution.
It was hugely inspiring to learn also of a new "marketplace" layer built on #nostr ... something that I have yet explore.
The #nostr space is moving ahead at lightning speed... and we are only in the embryonic stage of development. The mind boggles 🤯.
Through consistent interaction with the #bitcoin sphere, we learn more and more each day.
And meeting fellow Bitcoiners face to face is now becoming a priority as governments and regulators tighten their (dwindling) grip on societal control.
There is a HUGE parallel movement in play by the plebs to educate and on-board ( orange pill) as many Bitcoiners as possible; a grass roots initiave that is gaining exponential momentum.
We will be ready and prepared for the certain collapse of the existing FIAT ponzi in the coming days/months/years.
A new era is emerging. So bloody exciting 😍

I try and have breakfast every morning with my ageing father now in his twilight years.
I usually fry or boil eggs for him and sometimes he does the same for me.
This morning I turned up late. Papa was sitting alone quietly at the kitchen table eating his eggs and toast.
He had laid the table for two, an empty tea mug left on the table top in anticipation of my arrival.
His desire to see me stems from LOVE ❤️.
Hearing me arrive fills his heart with joy.
Now retired, he has all the time in the world to focus on his family and his beloved garden.
For most of his adult life, we only saw a physically worn out and stressed father. He had no time to spend with us, and was often angry and frustrated trying to make ends meet for his family.
We would do well to re..member why we #bitcoin plebs are working so hard.
We want to secure our freedom for our family and loved ones, so that we have an abundance of time to focus on what matters in life; love for one another and being the unique Creators each of us were born to be.
The two go hand in hand.
Papa was born into an enslaved society. He lived through the 1947 partition of India before entering the UK as an immigrant to help rebuild the country after the second World War.
When he relays those stories to us (horrifically painful partition of India and the ensuing hardships stemming from extreme racism in the UK) my tears flow endlessly and my heart is consumed with anger.
Oh... how he suffered 😓. He worked so hard. He sacrificed EVERYTHING for the hope of a better life for his children.
But he was MASSIVELY deceived. I won't begin my rant here... not the best value of time on this rare sunny spring day.
Suffice to say to you all... take the time out of your every day to sit with your elderly.
Many of them did their best with the information they were given in their years, although that knowledge is all based on LIES.
Spending time with previous generations and listening to their stories will help many find the strength and resilence to focus on building the #Bitcoin future.
It would be easy for us to be filled with emotion; anger and hatred at the current System.
Time to let that go. Redirect that emotion constructively.
The best gift we can now offer to ourselves, our parents, our children and humanity is the gift of being awakened to the TRUTH.
We must work calmly, with focus and consistency each and every day to build our new society; one based on a decentralised #Bitcoin system.
This is the road to Freedom. Creating the abundance of TIME and ENERGY allows humanity to LOVE and become Creators themsleves.

For the benefit of his people and his land, he had to make a "down the line" decision.

I am perplexed at how so many Bitcoiners have such apathy for fellow Bitcoiners simply due to their identity, their wealth, status or similar.
Two such individuals who I have felt push back against are @michaelsaylor and @jasonlowery.
It is a common dis...ease of society to reject an individual based on their identity, rather than explore the "message" being shared.
This comes from living with a linear and subjective mindset. Bitcoiners should know otherwise.
Instead, adopt an "objective" way of thinking.
Through immersion into the work of the individual concerned we can enter their mind. We also learn more about their motivations and purpose.
From here we can fully absorb the message being shared.
And from this place we can come to a reasoned conclusion.

Seriously folks ....your money in the bank is not there. It was never ever there ! Every penny you sweat for is paid as an IOU into the thieving system until such time they decide you can't have it anymore.
So...what to do ?
1. GET THE CASH OUT NOW . In fact "RUN" for it.
2. Food, Shelter and Warmth. FIX that first.
3. Put your long term savings into Bitcoin. Cold store and forget about it.
4. Set up Bitcoin Wallets for practice. Get confident with using them. I have Breez, Phoenix and Blue so far.
5. Find people and places that trade in Bitcoin. That's how you help to build the New System.
6. Study study study... educate yourself on Bitcoin; this new Paradigm and Way of Life. It is our future.
The learning has just begun.
I am humbled and gobsmacked at the free resources out there to help us. Oftentimes, I cry in gratitude 🙏 for this help and knowledge.

My recently acquired beloved 30 yr old fireman's minibus ... now a campervan... is out to play for the Spring/Summer season.
Her name is Sheba...
I know she is a much smarter and safer vehicle choice than the modern day electronic slavery control devices they call cars.
This will also offer me a better return on my investment in a variety of ways.
For one, she is built to last. Look at the structure. Slow and clunky, but resilient, strong and steadfast. Designed to last forever as long as I maintain her well. What a superb block of engineering!
She runs on diesal... probably the most powerful, green and reliable source of energy for long lasting vehicles today. Nothing beats fossil fuel power 😄
Without the modern electronic components( aka enslaved control mechanisms) I am in complete control of this vehicle.
The upkeep, maintenance and repair are all in my hands.
Secondly, this van encourages significant "personal responsibility" on my part.
Taking time to understand how she operates is a life skill in itself.
Understanding her base mechanical structure is the first principle knowledge required.
Using his creative thought, imagination, practical skills and modern day technology, Jon, who converted the van for me, has created a practical living "system" that caters for my every need as far as van life is concerned.
A fully functional feedback loop.
The whole experience with Sheba reminds me so much of the properties of Bitcoin.

#[0] has the most meaningful way of explaining the importance of Bitcoin adoption for Humanity.
It's taken me a while for the deep understanding of " money is information" to sink in.
This broadcast housed a pivotal moment in my mind, which helped me absorb this knowledge fully.
Understanding Bitcoin requires a complete U Turn in the way of thinking.
Whilst I have personally studied the Bitcoin concept for hundreds of hours since last May 2022, (and need no convincing at all) old ways of thinking can still slip back in.
Once the mind has awakened to this knowledge, it is important to fully immerse oneself in this way of living, being and building.
