MacBook Neo 2 more RAM faster processor but no pen no touchscreen:
“No Touchscreen: Despite earlier rumors, current reports suggest Apple has dropped the idea of a touchscreen to keep costs and complexity down”
… what’s pathetic: basically since Steve Jobs’ death innovation at Apple = zero

from No Agenda newsletter:
“We humbly announce the shows new format for the foreseeable future:
Your Sundays Show will be hosted by Darren, and Larry with Adam producing behind the scenes. Thursdays it will switch back to a three-chair, with the triple attack on media deconstruction, demolition, and decimation!”
… so basically Darren and Larry got new day job! For Darren it’s a blessing as his wife was breadwinner but Larry retired and basically Larry must break retirement to this day job of being co-host on No Agenda.
I’m partly responsible for that: I was promoting several times, via bitcoin grams, Planet Rage pod of Darren and Larry on Curry’s podcasts and without me Curry probably wouldn’t even know of Planet Rage.

(Doctor ChatGPT is right: I should just eat more fish than buy omega 3 pills )
“ Food is usually the first choice
If possible, it’s generally better to get omega-3s from food (than from pills):
* Salmon
* Sardines
* Mackerel
* Herring
* Trout
Eating fatty fish about twice a week is commonly recommended for most adults, unless there’s a reason you should avoid it.”

prompt template for gemini:
Analyze this YouTube video carefully:
<enter link>
Extract a clean, accurate list of timestamps for every distinct topic, scene, or significant moment in the video.
Requirements:
- Watch / process the entire video.
- Create timestamps based on the actual spoken content and visual changes (do **not** just copy any chapters that may already exist in the description).
- Use the format:
**[MM:SS]** Brief but clear description of what is happening or being discussed
- Start from 00:00 and cover the whole video.
- Keep descriptions concise (one short sentence or phrase each).
- Group related consecutive moments only if they form a clear continuous segment; otherwise create separate timestamps.
Output only the timestamp list in the requested format — no extra commentary.
---
Just copy-paste the entire block above into Gemini and it should return a well-structured timestamp list.

(in era of widely available gen-AI / LLMs this method is no brainer, literally)
“The "Teddy Roosevelt Method"
Many beginners hold themselves back because they assume they need formal education or years of experience before offering a service. Instead, follow the Teddy Roosevelt method:
When asked if you can do a job, say yes, and then immediately get busy learning how to do it.
You don't need a university degree to learn skills like digital marketing, social media advertising, or sales”
