I think I've figured out the cover plate. If all the Little Lady top cover plates that say "Little Lady" were already stamped "C", and you were making a A harp, the only cover plate available that was unstamped would be a bottom plate that says "Hohner." So you stamp it "A" and use it as a top cover plate. Thus, the Little Lady in A has two bottom plates. God, I'm boring myself now.

Hohner #harmonica. It might be a "Little Lady," it might be a "Mini." It has features of both. Lanyard and reed plates match the Little Lady, but it doesn't say "Little Lady" on either cover plate. I suspect they may have run out of that part and just used the side that says "Hohner" twice.
Anyway, it's an oddball -- unlike every other tiny harmonica I've seen, it's not in the key of C, but the key of A. I can't find anything online about Hohner making these things in unusual keys. It's not like there's any reason a professional harmonica player would want one of each in all keys...
Someday, I'd like to find the similar, off-brand "Pee-Wee" harmonica, after which Paul Rubens named his character.
