I've tried being very proactive about blocking servers long before anyone on our server sees them at shit.
Even just following something like fediblock is a significant mental load. Researching servers that aren't immediately obviously bad, etc takes time. Scrolling through hate is no picnic either. (And that's when you're not their target)
I think people are going to end up using allowlists instead of blocklists if things don't improve soon. Masto mod tools are pathetic.

No black women that I can think of off the top of my head. But the attackers would be instablock, and the servers that tolerate them, if we hear about horrendous shit we block.
The main server involved (as far as I could tell by clicking about) has been blocked by us for a good while, I think from watching fediblock. Known shitheads.
Similar would have been blocked by importing an Oliphant block list.
There seems to be an uptick in shitty little servers lately.

today was a lot better in the west than the east. Out by Westport with the family at the moment but Lough Key is great too, have visited there.
Skies were great today. They weren't blue but they were great to look at.

Fairly depressing that the Labour win is overwhelmingly down to right-wingers being split, with 7 times as many switching to Reform as switching to Labour.
No offense to all the sound English people out there, but you can understand why so many of us need to get away from your politics and go independent/UI.
