shingrex part 1. I have to get part 2 in November. It was odd to me that the pharmacist was sternly warning/begging me that I MUST come back for the second one "no matter how this one makes you feel". It kicked my butt for a day and a half. In the middle of it I was thinking about NOT getting the 2nd one. And the first isn't the "bad one". The second is! I'm taking the Friday off for number 2 and giving myself sat and sun.

i went to one of those cooking classes where we made sausage. One of the recipes was hotdogs. The dude that was executing that one put too much red coloring in it. I couldn't physically eat it. I’ve been watching rush 50 live constantly. Anika the drummer is growing on me. I’m at the point where she’s doing a good job. Her drums are tuned differently. After living through the ColoGuard negative 3 years ago and positive this year, and the polyp(s) I had removed, I do believe that the colonoscopy is the way to go if your insurance allows. All (most) colon polyps are not cancer. But all colon cancer starts from polyps. Bigger polyps are harder to extract. Bigger polyps have a higher chance of turning cancerous. Sessile polyps (flat) are the tricky ones. Pedunculated (ball on stalk) can be removed easier.
