Some perspective:
I’ve maintained again and again around the web that the incessant chatter about which overlord will come to dominate which, when, and how, is more about the chatterati than it is about reality.
Reality, is resources. The finite resources this planet has to prop up all this madness. Energy, minerals, and water. It can’t go on. So, the imperials will have a war to control what’s left.
But, the thing is, everyone but the imperials hates the imperials. And, the imperials don’t have the energy to fight both the other imperials, and their own domestics at the same time. Once the war begins, it’s the end of the imperials. They know this. It’s the only thing that stays their hands. They know their own domestics will tear them apart from within.
Socioculturally, it all comes back to sociopath theory. The war will be the trigger for the masses with morals to mob up and pull the sociopaths to the ground and trample them into the mud. Then, moral masses will once again build something worth having again from the wreckage.
The energy gets consolidated, and then bang. The energy gets released.
This is the way of the universe. We are not but stardust.

February 3. I don't want to write about Trump and just say the obvious stuff. So here's something you don't hear every day: Trump is a scientist, and a good one. For his entire career, not just the presidency, he has been methodically doing experiments on human institutions and the human psyche, to see how they stand up to raw power. The most honest thing he ever said was during a debate with Hillary Clinton, where she accused him of tax evasion and he said something like "It was your job to stop me." That was Trump announcing to the world that he is beyond good and evil. He has the ethos of a fire or flood. ICE is not arresting the most dangerous immigrants, but the most compliant, for the same reason a flood fills in the lowest places first.
If it's our job to stop Trump, how are we doing? Imagine you're a teacher giving out letter grades. Around 30 percent of Americans are currently riding an F. With the long memory of the internet, it's going to be hard for anyone openly supporting the Minneapolis killings to walk it back. (And how weird is it that their names are Good and Pretti?) Europe gets a C for eventually standing up for Greenland. Congress and the Supreme Court might yet squeak out a D. If anyone gets an A it's the people quietly fighting in the courts.
The American media get a flat F. The experiment is how much naked power does it take for them to report it as naked power, and the answer is we don't know yet. Their expectation of normalcy has been Trump's number one ally, the fog of war of the supposedly unthinkable. They swallowed Trump's tale that Greenland is a buffer against Russia, when his actions have made it clear that Europe is his adversary and Russia is his uneasy ally. I used to think propaganda meant lying. Now I know that propaganda is saying stuff that's technically true while never saying the most obvious and important stuff.
Trump's obvious electoral strategy is to stir up enough trouble in the cities to cancel midterm elections. If he tries, the states will turn the tables: We're still having elections, try to stop us. MAGA will have to defend federal power over states rights, further pushing the experiment of how much cognitive dissonance the human brain can tolerate. We don't know yet.
Domestically, Trump doesn't have a lot of cards left to play, which is why he's focusing on Iran, and I appreciate the honesty of his foreign policy. No more iron fist in velvet glove, it's all iron fist, fuck you. If somebody goes nuclear, all bets are off. If not, I expect this to be over soon. Historians will surely say that America caught the same disease as Nazi Germany, but that we resisted it better. I know there are full-on concentration camps right now, but I am confident that Trump's eventual death toll will be less than one percent of Hitler's death toll, unless you count the global poor killed by canceling USAID.
I'm confident because I live in the city. If you don't live in an American city, you might have the idea, from the news, that we're all delicate intelligentsia and gutter trash. What I see are tens of thousands of competent, determined, and cheerful people. Even the homeless are tougher than ICE, give them guns and you'll find out. This feels to me like a very slow mass shooting. The shooter is inside the building, he has the upper hand at the moment, and he's not finished. But he can't win, that's not how this works.

@nprofile…4jpq I honestly don't know. We're in uncharted territory now and basically dealing with rational people vs a #CultOfChristianNationality. That we're not seeing emboldened #TeamAmericaFuckYeah civilian counter-protests give me hope. We all know where #ICE is. They're recruited specifically to be toady #brownshirts. Regular law enforcement? Not so much. But if they felt like they were "defending their own" civilian mob, I've little doubt which way they'd break. All moral accountability goes out the window when the mob rules kick in. Mowing down peaceful civilian protesters though seems a bridge too far for the average badge or guard unit without a counter-protesting mob egging them on.

BREAKING: A new video out of Minneapolis shows the truth #ICE doesn’t want you to see… compliance does not protect you.
In this video, ICE agents pull up to a vehicle and immediately demand the driver’s ID.
The man calmly asks the most basic, #LegallyProtected question: “Why am I being pulled over?”
They never answer… because they don’t have a legal reason to stop him.
Even so, the man begins to retrieve his ID anyway.
An #agent then orders him to turn off the vehicle. The driver says, “No problem, sir, I’ll get out.”
The agent refuses, then immediately changes commands again: “I need to see your ID.”
Suddenly, an agent on the passenger side pounds on the window. Then he strikes it with a hard object, clearly threatening to break it.
At the same time, the driver-side agent again demands the ID.
This is not confusion. This is intentional command overload… a tactic used to manufacture “noncompliance” so force can be justified.
ICE’s own training materials explicitly state:
“Noncompliance or refusal to cooperate with officer commands, without fighting back, does NOT violate 18 U.S.C. § 111.”
In plain English: not immediately obeying commands is NOT a crime.
And here’s the key legal issue:
Unless agents have:
• a valid arrest warrant, or
• probable cause that a specific crime has been committed
they cannot:
• use force
• break windows
• issue violent threats
• detain or arrest someone
#ProbableCause
means specific, articulable facts that would make a reasonable officer believe a crime occurred… not vibes, not attitude, not silence, not filming, not asking questions.
Back in the video, the passenger-side agent escalates further, shouting:
“First time I ask you to roll your window down, you do it.”
The driver responds:
“Are you in danger, sir? Are you escalating this?”
The agent replies:
“I don’t know. Hands up.”
Despite the driver repeatedly attempting to comply and hand over ID, agents continue shouting conflicting commands.
At one point, the agent orders the driver to “talk to the original agent”… which is exactly what the driver was doing before the window-smashing threat.
Then the man asks, “Are you feeling unsafe or uneasy?”
The agent responds, “I don’t know, man.” while standing on the passenger side of the car, smirking.
The driver finally says what anyone would say surrounded by armed men:
“How many guns do I have around me? I need you to calm down. I’m asking him to stop banging on my car. Is that too much?”
He even offers… again… to step out of the vehicle.
This is not law enforcement. This is intimidation fishing for an excuse.
No probable cause.
No warrant.
No lawful basis for force.
And yet, the escalation came entirely from the agents.
This video proves something chilling: you can comply, stay calm, ask lawful questions… and still be threatened with violence.
So, the question isn’t “Why didn’t he just comply?”
The question is how many people have already been assaulted under this exact playbook… and how many more will be, before this stops?

BREAKING: #ICE agents have, once again, trampled the 4th Amendment… illegally breaking down a door and storming into another family home with assault rifles drawn, while children were inside, detaining 6 people, including a 12-year-old boy, without a warrant.
And it gets worse.
On Thursday, ICE raided a home in St. Paul, #Minnesota, telling residents this was part of a narcotics investigation… not #immigration. But neighbors are saying that’s BS.
A neighbor who had his outdoor camera rolling, says someone delivered a package to the house just minutes before the raid. According to the video, federal agents told the residents there were drugs inside, and if no one claimed the package, they’d take everyone in the house. Not suspicious at all…
And the agents also had no warrant…
After smashing the door, ICE claimed they had a search warrant, but never showed it… even after being asked to see it. They searched every room with rifles drawn, handcuffed all residents, including the 12-year-old boy, and paraded them down the street. Every adult had a valid work permit and state ID, but, agents only left a woman and her infant behind.
And here’s the kicker:
Even though ICE said this was about drugs, not immigration, they still took the 12-year-old boy, transporting him to an immigration center in San Antonio, Texas in less than 24 hours.
And, to make this all even more illegal… A warrant was dropped off THE NEXT DAY, claiming to be from a state court, but:
• It doesn’t match official Ramsey County #warrant formats
• Has no case number or file stamp
• No record of filing exists (though filing can sometimes be delayed)
So, the questions become:
Did ICE falsify a warrant after illegally entering the home? Did they plant drugs to justify this raid? And most importantly… what did #DHS do with a 12-year-old boy they weren’t supposed to touch?
This isn’t law enforcement. This is federal #kidnapping, #trafficking, intimidation, and #terror.
A government agency stormed a home, handcuffed children, and transported a minor across state lines… all without a real warrant at the time of the arrest, or any legal justification.
If this can happen to one family in broad daylight, it can happen to anyone.
The #Constitution, your rights, and your #children mean nothing to them.

The State AG's won't even blink at it unless it's a million dollar case and someone political looks to get egg on their face from it. I've won on several small cases using it against the likes of corrupt well drillers, general contractors, landlords etc.
