Last long run before the WRRC half marathon in 7 days.
I was tired after the run, even though I pushed a few times hitting 5:30/km pace, it wasn't for long and the average was 6:30/km (incl a few full stops at crossings).
So, I'll just see if I can manage to get through the run without too much trouble I think, and with a plan to not push myself. Just getting to the 21.1 Mark will be good enough 😊

New easy run just dropped! (Ok, that just sounds silly 😜)
I had to hand in a bicycle for service and decided to run back home.
I was tired from the long hard workout from yesterday, but I feel like it was a good run, helping the process of recovery.
Still, a bit tired 😴
Luckily there's the Vuelta a España to nap along to 🫣

For the arguments regarding alpha fold, it's important for me to point at the data that's used to train the model.
It's governed by nature with clear relations between DNA, coevolution effects and biophysics of the resulting molecules.
To me that's much different from the models trained on texts, which are the ones we generally talk about when mentioning AI.

Impressive! I just did a much slower 10k and am also toasted.
Glad I finally managed to get out of the house and on the road, I'm not sure an evening run would've been better, looks like the temperature will rise throughout the day.
Sounds like you're really on top with respect to facing and tackling the challenges on the road during those half marathon sessions.
I'm inspired by the consistency and approach 😊

Det er helt klart en udfordring.
Begge dele!
En af de ting som jeg være svær er netop antallet af profiler/mennesker.
Og så er Mastodon lidt anderledes bygget op end Facebook, da der jo netop ikke er de her grupper.
Er der noget bestemt du kigger efter? Du nævner nogle hobbyer?

I saw this guy once, that used these mnemonic techniques.
So, every number between 1-99 was a thing.
42, apparently, was a Mac. Like the old machintosh, grey, with some colours in the lower side of the screen right?
I remember that, for whatever reason, but nothing else. Not the name of the person or the podcast or... Yeah...
