Giving away value (bitcoin) attracts bad actors (hackers/exploiters). This means an exploit that is usually harmless (complete the game faster/high leaderboard score) can turn into a costly exposure. When paired with the anonymity blockchains introduce, this means a player could spin up multiple accounts to exploit the system.
