Armbarbarian

There's a purple haired, gauged ears libshit employee in my network who recently spilled the beans that he's in Antifa. He went to one of the No Kangz protests and got shot with a rubber bullet, now he's on leave with a hernia :angrylaugh:

It's the birth control getting flushed into the water supply, they can't get the hormones out. It's also why girls are going through puberty so young now.

Definitely plenty of merit to wanting to stay on your feet in a defensive situation but I'll be damned if every word out of his mouth isn't delusional self-flagellating nonsense. The man has never seen someone's throat get ripped out (lol) and Aikido is the most bullshit martial art ever

Pavel is a really interesting guy to listen to. His old video, Enter the Kettlebell, is awesome. He does the whole thing in combat fatigues and no shirt, and continually makes comments about not being a sissy.
Thanks for clarifying, I wasn't sure if you meant that kettlebell work shouldn't be done following a lift. There is definitely a slim margin of error in regards to safety with KBs. Proper training and practice is essential before going heavy.

Would you expand on your thoughts about a kettlebell circuit following barbell training within this concept? I like to finish my lifting days with a circuit of snatches, getups and heavy 2 handed swings. I need to maintain a high VO2 max for grappling competition, and the kettlebell circuit is my preferred way of blowing my lungs out.
