New Video: Why and How Does Graeko-Egyptian Magic Work?
https://youtu.be/gM6M1cHgg0M
Edited recording of my recent "Thoth & Maat" lecture comprising three parts:
1.) Why does Graeko-Egyptian Magic work?
2.) How does it work?
3.) What is "Magic" in the Greek Magical Papyri?
I introduce multiple ancient #Egyptian sources about the different concepts of Heka, the deity, the abstract force, and the applied force, from the Pyramid Texts to the Ptolemaic Period.
