Second, the west plays the card of moral highground. But still I am waiting for Europe to sanction the USA for their "unlawful war" as Europe leaders name it. So their argument of moral is inconsisten too and thus nonsense.

This indicates two things.First, the sanctions against Iran didn't work. In their narrative they ought to prevent Iran from building these kinds of weapons. What happens instead is, the sanctions make the people suffer and fuel anti-American sentiments. Which makes them build weapons in the first place. So even in their narrative it seems inconsistent.

Hm. Am I wrong or does the figures only measure "research output" by numbers of publication? A nice metric would be quality of publication for instance accepted peer reviewed publication at tier one conferences. Here I expect chinese research less dominat although that might change in the upcoming decade.
