Things you should not use to keep rugs from slipping around on the floor, unless you are building theatrical sets:
❌ spray adhesive
❌ industrial strength Velcro
Things you SHOULD use with a rug to keep it from slipping around on the floor in your house:
✅ a proper rug pad
