There's no question, no argument to be made, no mistake, no excuse... This is a fucking nazi salute. Elon Musk is a nazi. This is your last warning, though it's already too late.

It's been a hot minute since I deep/shallow fried anything, but since I wanted to try this freeze/thaw tofu method, I decided to give the air fryer a break and bring out the oil.
Fried tofu "Gator*" nuggets with black beans, yellow turmeric rice, and garlic greens. A dash of hot sauce for good measure.
As far as the freezing tofu method goes, I can honestly live without that extra step. It does change the texture a bit (more airy/spongy) and makes it easier to press the water out, but I don't see it as a must. If you can buy tofu in bulk, then yeah, go ahead and freeze them. Otherwise, I find it unnecessary.
*Believe it or not, I wasn't always vegan. And back in those days growing up in southern Florida, I used to eat gator tail. So I decided to mimic that with some seasoning blend because tofu can become almost anything you want it to be with the right seasoning.

I made a salad. I ate the salad. Yes, the entire salad.
Had to use all the lettuce before it turned, so here's that lettuce with some carrots, tomatoes, pepperoncini, shredded Daiya Swiss, crumbled smoked tofu, and freshly made croutons. A simple olive oil and balsamic dressing.

The general consensus for most is that eating cats and dogs is a bad thing, but these same people will willingly send tens of billions of cows, pigs, chickens, fish, and other animals to slaughter and consume their flesh without batting an eye.
Your "pets" are not the only animals that deserve your compassion.

So Danish police have arrested Captain Paul Watson for protecting whales from illegal poaching, and now Greta Thunberg for protesting against Israel's genocide of Palestinians.
