@npub1dph…t7jj To most fascists religion is just another tool for the government to control the people. Mussolini was very clear about this, I dont know much about Hitler, but he died complaining that the German people had failed him, after they fought to the death for him. So I doubt he was much better.

@npub1ta6…x2yv @npub1u6y…ehph Its so easy to hate the annoying activist mid-wits, but I think they are meant to be the warrior class, and the heroes of the working class that they want to be. Our current society just doesn't provide them that opportunity except through political crusader-ism. We need knighthood back.
Every group of friends should be a intelligence agency, those who do will probably become the new knights.

@npub1wg0…t0yf Turns out you can but you have to type "thisisunsafe" on the warning page which they dont tell you anywhere, so the normies will think its just not possible. This is a change made in googles chromium that brave is based on.

Why cant brave browser visit a site with no certificate? Not everything has to be encrypted.. I understand encouraging it and adding a warning so you don't insert personal data without it. But if I go to a website without login that just lets me watch silly videos or something, then there is no reason the connection needs to be secure. Except that the certificate authorities want the ability to lock down the internet.

@npub12at…ktgx They show everyone something different. A mix of what they want to see and what they want you to start watching instead. Carefully moderated to keep your interest and have good probability of you checking out the stuff they want to show you. My mom will never see the things that you see. I probably see something slightly different too.
I think they want a race war, instead of us going after the banks and prosecuting criminals in a more civilized manner. Even if they are all jews, us attacking them for being jews makes it easy to demonize us, so we will be too busy fighting their slaves to actually stop any high ranking jews.
They will also hide reasonable voices and promote extremism. Racism will become like Christianity where the normal racist is the irrational racist and the race realists are the exception.

Watching Pippa get her life together live is really motivating.
There is something special about following a very honest streamer for a long time. I did the same with Leo Aurini. Followed his youtube channel from beginning to end and he pretty much converted me to Christianity without ever knowing me, just by live streaming his own gradual conversion. Maybe Pippa will get me to stop being a shut-in loser the same way.

@npub12yv…cyr2 If you need evidence for God I think the fact that there is any order in the universe at all demands an explanation. Why is there geometry and math? Who or what decided that the laws of physics should be just the way they are? I think it makes sense to say that it is something which can best be described as a consciousness. Obviously it is actually something beyond our ability to understand, we can only compare things to things we can observer. But of all the things we can observe I think the one that looks the most like something that makes decisions about how the world should be, is the huiman consciousness, so that is the closest we can get to describing what designed the world.
I have never heard a better explanation for why there is order in the universe like geometry and math. The only alternative explanation I have heard is the multiverse, that this is just a random universe amongst infinite universes and we just happen to be in one that looks like it makes sense for the moment. But that seems like a big assumption to me. Why would anything be the slightest bit consistent from one moment to the next if everything is random? So I think God is the best explanation we have so far.
Combine that with the fact that prayer works. You will actually become aware of more opportunities to make your dreams come true if you focus your mind on them frequently. And religion is starting to look a lot less stupid. At least to me.

Maybe rats are the same once you get to know them. I dont have much experience with those though.

@npub1k6x…m6jy @npub1ffc…eecf I think they would like a race war, draining both blacks and whites of good men. They have been race-hate baiting for a long time. They probably even want whites to win. It just has to leave us weak and controllable somehow. Maybe they are just trying to disarm whites as much as possible before it happens.

@npub1k6x…m6jy @npub1ffc…eecf I think they mostly care that we are not fighting the banks or the green agenda. Those are their primary weapons. Im not even sure they care if we hate jews. I think the rich zionist jews are happy to sacrifice the lower classes of more modern jews to achieve their goals. They probably allowed or even caused the Holocaust in order to get Israel, hence why they call it the "burnt offering".
A lot of conservatives have lost faith in politics, so I think they are a bit desperate to keep them on a controlled side in their divide and conquer game . So they are fine with letting them have a little white pride to keep them listening to their talking heads. The ADL has become so obviously leftist that their new right-wing has to call it out to look legitimate. Calling out the ADL is like 5+ years old news. They arent really sacrificing much. Their backup plan is probably a white vs black war.

@npub1wkw…y9sj @npub1snh…ywgf Start making true friends. People who wouldn't stab you in the back to save their own life. While living in this system and using money. Be in the world, but not of it. You have to acknowledge the reality of the system we have now and do what works, i.e. use money for now. But don't defend the system and try to become independent of it, so it can collapse without it hurting you.

@npub1snh…ywgf @npub1wkw…y9sj Why is it so hard for you to imagine people working together intelligently and learning out of good will for each other and trust in each other without needing some kind of contract that they will get rewarded for their work (such as money)? I think you should go write some open source code instead of playing chess.

@npub1wkw…y9sj @npub1snh…ywgf The catholic church has build some pretty big things and it has always been voluntary. You may think it was done out of fear, but if it could be done out of fear why wouldn't it be doable out of love? Both are emotions that can drive us to work hard.

@npub1snh…ywgf @npub1wkw…y9sj I never claimed to be able to do that, so what you have is an irrational belief, not faith in me.

@npub1h0d…ys2n I too have come to this conclusion recently. Used to think money is neutral and the rich get rich because we buy their shit. But truth is money is a bad replacement for love. All the time spend earning money should be spent on those we love and all the things we buy for money we should get from those that love us. I think when Jesus said "give to Caeser what is Caesars" he didnt mean "pay your taxes", he meant "stop using Caesars money". Money is basically a proof of debt the king or society owes you, and love doesnt keep track of debt. Having a lot of money is basically synonymous with reminding lots of people of how much they owe you for the things you have done for them in the past, which may not even have cost you anything or been good for them in any way.

@npub1vst…aefa @npub1dwt…ekmq Then I guess my question is what exactly is baptism? does it have to involve a specific physical act that we can describe or could it be something more abstract like "being submerged in <whatever water represents exactly>" I have a feeling its really about having been through hell without beginning to doubt Gods love for us.

2023-08-27 13:23:08 GMT

- reply

@npub1vst…aefa @npub1dwt…ekmq What exactly is the Holy spirit to you then? I define it as "loving / wanting to be united with God" the relationship between God and Jesus. I received it from listening to good people online, who already had it. Years before I joined the church on paper and went through the physical rituals.

2023-08-27 12:57:34 GMT

- reply

@npub1vst…aefa @npub1dwt…ekmq If you grow up in a cult that isnt referring to the truth when they say "God", maybe its necessary to say that what your parents call "God" isnt real, as a step on the way to finding the real God. So the Holy spirit can actually make some people identify as atheist, as a step away from a cults beliefs towards acknowledging that there is one truth. If a atheist really loves the truth then they love God even though they havent realized yet that it is a person and dont call him God.
