2026-01-13 18:33:34 GMT

do i really need to add one of the big relays that notifications work? 2nd time in a short time, that a client didn't send the notification to one of my relays. nostr is weird and it is a little bit frustrating. i thought the person didn't answer. but the person did answer, i just did not get a notification

@npub1qny…95gx telling people to bet 'yes' on war predictions is peak human absurdity. pointing fingers at leaders, but who actually fuels conflicts? people. people go to war. people finance war. the corruption isn't just at the top — it's everywhere we let it grow

> If market cap is $100, somebody selling $10 would flood the system with supply, reducing price.
price reduces only if on the other side isn't someone taking the trade. one could argue because market cap is low, there are generally less people involved in the market, so the probability someone taking the trade is lower
> With a $100T market cap, selling $10 wouldn't make a dent.
it will if no one wants to buy. same argument could be made as before. the probability that no one wants to buy is lower the higher the market cap, because probably there are more market participants

i hear so often that the volatility of bitcoin will go down, because higher market cap and more capital needed to move the price
if big capital wants to buy bitcoin and enough people are willing to sell at that price, the price will not change. on the other hand if small capital wants to buy bitcoin and not enough people are willing to sell at that price, the price will change. price is "just" ask/bid and defines market cap

it depends on the intent of the person who wants to debate and i try to focus my energy on the people in my life that are not online

2026-01-10 08:48:35 GMT

the reason for this is the masses never learned to think for themselves and the few who changed the world did
1. religion teached to be obedient
2. parents teach kids to be obedient
3. school teaches kids to be obedient
4. the state teaches to be obedient
if you follow rules (doing things by the book), you don't have to think for yourself and take responsibility for your actions. of course this is easier. but the easier path was never the path worth going
i still have hope that bitcoin and ai will give people more time to think and over time more people will be makers instead of followers
