The Hollies - “Long Cool Woman (In a Black Dress)” (1972)
I love this song. Great vocals.
I don’t care that Allan Clarke admitted he was trying to sound like John Fogerty and got sued for plagiarism 😆
The Hollies are simply one of the best rock and roll bands EVAR!!
And the song is about a short FBI informant who is in awe of a woman who's 5'9”. That’s kinda funny.
