Looking for some help for my 20 year old son please.
I appreciate the best way forward for most is probably to go down the tradesman route these days rather than University degree, however my son has gone down the 3 year BSC (Hons) Econimics route and is currently looking for a summer internship for the end of his second year next summer. I don't want him going to the usual large fiat driven tradfi companies.
Does anybody know of any bitcoin aligned companies he could approach who have internship programs? We're in the UK but can also go to the US or elsewhere?

Let me show you the next mission creep: NO GOVERNMENT-ISSUED DIGITAL ID, NO NHS!
I’m not a Luddite; I can see the value of a Digital Identifier. What I have a problem with is who issues and controls my Digital ID. Who am I going to allow to have agency over me?
I don’t want to go all theological, but your/my agency, identity, and sovereignty are given to you/me by our/my maker (whatever that is for you), not some jumped-up little atheist man in Downing Street running a tribalistic psyop! By his own admission, he prefers the globalist Davos crowd! He can stick their government-issued and controlled Digital ID where the sun doesn’t shine, whether developed by OfDIA, Labour Together, The Blair Foundation, Multiverse, Yoti, OneID, GB Group, Thirdfort, Amiqus Resolution, or Sam Altman and his World ID & Orb!
Although from what I can see wallet UI improvements are still needed, anybody can already set up their own Decentralised ID, which they own and control as a Self-Sovereign Identity, for free. Just get a NOSTR public key! You can then authorise third parties like the government or NHS etc to interact with certain aspects of your Digital ID and profile, but you control the data, not the third party or government.
Government services should be developed around integration with the DID-Nostr protocol if we want to safeguard and optimise for positive future outcomes.

Trump raised the bet by 25% and paused the tariffs on the countries that called to negociate for 90 days so they can try to get a win-win deal that works for both sides. 🤣
This should take some pressure off the US 10&30 year treasuries. He should ask these countries to swap/roll their US Treasury reserves into Bitcoin-Enhanced US Treasuries which they can then use to mint/back USD Stablecoins for trade settlement. This would help the US roll over the $9.3T maturing Treasuries over the next 12 months and those paying in Bitcoin-Enhanced US Treasury backed USD Stablecoin would get a reduced or 0% tariff rate and some risk free bitcoin upside built in. Just my guess of what a win-win could look like!

Just watched BBC News in meltdown mode about Trump's Bitcoin Reserve announcement. They rolledout a Financial Times Expert (and author) to FUD the announcement by trying to lump in the STRATEGIC BITCOIN RESERVE with a stock pile of shitcoins.🤣🤣🤣
Is it really possible for the BBC & FT to be so studpit?
Probably worth them reading the Executive Order:
https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/03/establishment-of-the-strategic-bitcoin-reserveand-united-states-digital-asset-stockpile/
"The Secretary of the Treasury and the Secretary of Commerce shall develop strategies for acquiring additional Government BTC"
Wouldn't it be ironic if they sell any shitcoins recovered through the Executive Order or DOGE to buy more bitcoin 🤣😂🤣

GM, oops this is a bit of an intensive post for a Saturday morning - sorry my OCD got the better of me. 🤣🤣🤣
Just sharing my personal take on the current situation - (conviction without guarantee 🙏)
I'm all for Separation of Money & State and all that BUT The Creature of Jekyll Island (i.e The FED) is not that - it's a Central Banking monopoly facilitated by Crony Capitalism! Personally, I would go as far as to agrue they should be delt with under the powers of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). Hence, I have no problem with Trump forcing them to lower interest rates and ramming all the debt down the FED's throat causing the them to CHOKE (economically) and eventually implode! 🤣😂🤣
Obviously nobody wants chaos as the Central Banking system implodes so we need a dual currency system in place during the transition phase! I hope there is sufficient common sense to allow all these new stablecoins as Taproot assets backed by hard assets (i.e BTC) rather than just recreating a new version of the old new system backed by debt again. 🙏
Obviously once BTC has reached it's TAM and is at $13m+ there will be no need for stablecoins anymore.
Am I on the money or just manifesting, would love to know what you think? 👇 https://m.primal.net/NzSV.mp4

Over the longer term, it will not be able to compete against stablecoins & ecash transfered over lightning, which can be cashed out into BTC at anytime and transfered permissionously back to the base layer.

A bit technical so I don't know how easily digestible this is for most. However, in view of the mechanics which are currently being rolled by the BOE for the next QE program, "Let's get ready for Repo!" - I just want to say that it's not the central banking rent seekers that gives commercial bank money it's value! If you haven't had the time to read John Perkins' book, Confessions of an Economic Hitman, then make time to listen to his podcast with @npub1s5y…6q7z on how third world countries are knowingly walked into the Debt Trap! This is the post colonialism playbook - as they say there's more than one way to skin a cat... 😟
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0tvK8smhrc
Along these lines, I remember seeing a video back in 2021 from the Worldbank granting huge loans so that the the third world could be vaccinated and get boosters every 6 months (loans paid on directly to vaccine manufacturers). They didn't need the vaccines as they already had Ivermectin and Artemisia as effective treatments for anybody highly vulnerable.
I so hope these countries see the light one day and use the Worldbank charter loophole to repay them and get their own back. @npub1exc…n72a 🙏
These countries can custody the BTC themselves at repay the Worldbank using BTC IOUs (which the Worldbank can't spend) As bitcoin goes up in value the Worldbank then has to refund the overpayment in USD and the countries can then use to buy further BTC. It's such an easy perpetual speculative attack!
(IMF & Worldbank loans to third world countries ARE eurodollars, which will end in a puff of smoke!🙏 The Eurodollar market is such a BIG BIG rabbit hole, which I haven't got to the end of yet, but I suspect it was the culprit for the 15th Aug 1971 speculative attack on gold backed USD!!!)

Oh the irony! Surely the concept of DEMOCRACY requires that a Prime Minister should be elected by the population? Even more ironic and certainly not democratic, is the parliamentary process/convention where mid-term changes of PM should at least be voted on by the elected political party's paying membership. And what do we have in the UK? A PM elected by fellow party MP's, bypassing the party's paying membership & the electorate. Totally democratic?
Furthermore, in a DEMOCRACY is it unreasonable to expect that the country's Foreign Secretary should be an MP elected by the population? Again not in the UK - David Cameron is not an MP as he was not elected as an MP in the last election.
Despite these small technicalities - David pushes for the seizure of a foreign state's asset for a war/dispute in which we are supposedly not directly involved. These funds should then be given to western nominated contractors to go in and rebuild/arm a foreign nation (in exchange for charges over the foreign nations land/natural resources??? - Economic Hitman)

When operating within a "Complex System" it's imperative to build in extra "System Redundancy" as failing to plan is planning to fail, right!
If you're following what's happening in Texas with the National Guard and the support Governor Greg Abbott has received from 25 other States, the situation is bubbling!
With Bidens threats, these US States certainly need to build in some extra "System Redundancy"!
I would love to see Greg Abbott announce the State is adding #Bitcoin to their reserves to build in some protection against the weaponization of the Federal Reserve System fiat dollars system.
They should launch USDTexas - Overcollateralized by #bitcoin. USDTexas would be far superior to Federal fiat USDs which have nothing backing their value!
