بنظرم یه مدت دیگه دوباره امتحان کن، چنین چیزی واقعا نیازه

Trump is such an insecure man. If you think this administration in any way representsliberty, you are kidding yourself, this guy doesn't stand for it.
To quote John Milton, "None can love freedom heartily, but good men; the rest love not freedom, but license."

I always say that I'm proud of myself for being a never Trumper. Trump is a man without principles, and his support is completely reactionary. He is anti bad things, but not pro good things, so he supports a lot of truly stupid ideas, (tariffs, reducing legal immigration, ect).
And here is a prediction: at the end, he will capitulate against Islamists and hurt Israel too.

Having read a lot from and about this people (especially Friedman) it was a pretty weak interview and burns misunderstood a lot of things (especially when she describes their economic theories). But maybe I'm misunderstanding her, I should read her book.

New hijab laws in iran will officially criminalize having a hijabless profile picture.
With regard to the current shity Circumstances of the regim, this Decision indicates that their heads are even emptier than we thought.
I already knew there was no brain in there, but given the new data we can assert scientifically that it's not even liquid or air in there, it's just vacuum.

neutrality laws are a double edge sword. They could also be abused for censorship (as they have been in the case of TV channels in the past). Government should stay away from this issue all together. Competition should be the safeguard against censorship, not the Government.

I was in 3rd grade in 2009. I remember once one of the kids brought on of these 20000 bills to the school buffet. The buffet guy called the principal. he took it from him and called his parents to see whetherhe stole it from them. This bill was huge back then. My parents gave me a 1000 rial bill at best.
How much do you think 20000 rials worth now? well, a little more than 2 cents 🤣.
So with an one day delay, happy white paper day!

With bitcoin yes, but paying with fiat we have the same problem as buying bitcoin from a foreign exchange. Still we can't exchange our fiat income for bitcoin.

Some years ago mining was a great idea. Now with the power shortage causing unannounced blackouts especially in the summer (in summers there is a 2 to 4 hour blackout almost every day), the government is very hard on mining and punishes it severely (unless you have connections in the government). There is a special cash reward for reporting miners to authorities. Still, Some people are doing it, especially if you can do it in a school or a mosque, it's almost free. (Public places get free utilities) Miners get discovered in such places a lot.

We are no idiots. We understand we should use self custody, but here is something you don't understand. There is no way to move fiat out of iran. So you have to by bitcoin from an Iranian exchange and then move it to a self custody wallet. Iranian exchanges require a ridiculously high commission for that. The exchange that i use gets 40$ for one bitcoin transaction, and the minimum withdrawal is about 150$.
average monthly household income in iran is less than 250$.if you support a family you probably cant save anything. I'm a single man, living with my parents. I can barely save 40$ a month. I can't even reach the minimum withdrawal with that. After three months of saving I reach it, but I have to spend third of my savings on transaction fees. So the best thing I can do is buy bitcoin from the exchange every month for like 10 months, and then withdraw to a self custody, so I pay 10 percent for transaction not 35. So I have 10 month of my savings stuck in an exchange, and I can't do shit about it.

Right now it's impossible to exchange your fiat to crypto in iran. It doesn't matter what exchange you use, whether it's bisq or whatever, you have to somehow give them fiat, so they give you bitcoin. Iran is under complete banking sanction. There is no connection between Iranian banking systems and the world . The only way to move money abroad is via crypto, but first you have to buy it. So if the Iranian exchanges Don't give you service, you can't do anything. Unless you know someone trustable that has bitcoin and he is willing to exchange it for fiat, which is rare.

Durov's prosecution isn't legitimate, you are not responsible for illegal uses of your product, that's pretty obvious if you think about it.
About that democratic justice, what does that means? You mean whatever comes out of a voting box is justice? Adolf Hitler came out of a voting box. Justice is justice.

It's a shame. I mean telegram never was the most private messenger, but it was alright, and beside that, it had a large user base and a lot of cool features. Also with its channels, was a good social media too.
How can I replace it with simple x or session when others won't use them?
