@npub175d…wrtj @npub1g0u…3vfw He isn’t familiar with paleorock classics such as AC/BC, Pink Flint, The Rolling Stones, etc. There’s a reason why the Stone Age has the name it has, and that’s because it really rocks.

@npub1pt6…6mf6 @npub1ydr…unjt For the longest time in my life I thought that Spanish people had some of the worst meats in the entire european market because I went to one of their big shopping malls and bought various second most expensive meats because I wanted to make nice samwiches and stuff and dear god was it bad, I was contemplating is it even fit for dogs, let alone humans.

@npub175d…wrtj The women are secondary to the artist, his real passion is boots and he's known for that. Here's additional pic for context.

When I was in my early teens, my dad and I went on a lengthy trip, and as we passed through one of the smaller towns he decided to stop by to visit a friend, a retired army veteran. The friend was highly motivated in producing and selling his handcrafts, as it was a sole source of income that wasn't disability allowance, to cover up for the expenses for his sickly child. There were two things that he was making, and he was genuinely good at making them. Crosses and leather boots. And after a drink or two and a long, friendly chat, my father, even if our family was then strapped for cash, bought me both after slightly overpaying for them, as his friend's pride was too strong to straight-up receive a monetary gift, and well, these goods were genuinely high quality, it's not like its a waste.
11 long years later, the soles of the boots have finally started to break down to such an extent that no amount of glue can fix, so I decided to look out for a cobbler because I was proud of them, they were too good to be just tossed away, and I had found a old lovely grump of a cobbler who still endured in his trade and resolved my issues within a matter of minutes.
It's funny to me, when I first got them they were comically oversized for me, and when I pointed that out to my dad he said that I'll grow into them, and now that I finally paid attention, that's exactly what I did.

@npub1pt6…6mf6 @npub1awg…5lmc @npub1g0u…3vfw I entirely believe that bees can get that big, because I've seen mosquitoes that were bigger. They were so big you could feel how they draw your blood. So big that two are holding you down while the third sucks you off and makes your entire limb swell up. The shadow government definitely dumped steroids in their water.

>Asians are evolutionary programmed to be less creative
>unusual levels of creativity are more common among people with genes for mental illness, especially schizophrenia
Oooh boy let me get some stats out for that absolutely dweebish take.
>Schizophrenia affects approximately 24 million people or 1 in 300 people
>Philippines population: 116 million (2023)
>WHO estimated that 1 million of them suffer from from schizophrenia (1 in 116, well above and beyond the average rate)

Japan Air Self-Defense Force recruiters reached out to the Japanese Furry community: A PR team from JASDF Omaezaki Base recently attended Kemoket, Japan's largest kemono-themed amateur comic convention. They brought along a cutout of their base mascot, Omaneko (it's a boy btw). They said that it was very well received.
