Just shipped a small thing I’ve been working on: Namekit.
Helps you brainstorm names and check domain availability - fast, clean, and powered by a proprietary ML model.

There's a very detailed and lengthy post on Reddit called "Buy, Borrow, Die - Explained". It's super interesting and informative, supposedly written by a top private wealth attorney spilling the secrets of how this tax evasion strategy works.
Interesting thing about it is that it was posted in a brand new subreddit with the same name - r/BuyBorrowDieExplained.
Why would someone like that go and spill the beans on Reddit of all places, in this way?
Feels odd.

First step up would be a beefed up OpenWrt box, GL.iNet have really nice hardware, easy to buy and run. UniFi if you want to get fancy about it, but it's much more work and probably an overkill.

The problems humanity is dealing with are systemic. Making issues personal is the MSM way of doing things - perfectly exemplified in Don't Look Up (2021). A mind-blowing though experiment is to consider a head of some office or president of some country, 100% pure at heart with the best intentions, bumping into all the systemic forces at play that block them from doing the Right™ thing. Makes you wonder how change is effected in the overly complex systems that sustain our way of life.

Yeah I believe so, I see lots of buggy behavior lately on Iris, so hard to specify exactly where the issue is.

2023-03-05 06:37:55 GMT

#[0] I'm seeing lots of instability on Iris in the past week, to the point of breakage. Falls under one of a few categories:
1) blank screen on page load, requires several hard refreshes
2) partial message loading on all pages (unrelated to network performance which is otherwise 100%)
3) Broken navigation between pages, usually after previous point, requires refresh
I'd open Github issues for all of these but hard to discern where this is coming from without further debugging. All of these issues happen on two separate clients (laptop/desktop) which are both auth'd with the same keys. Any thoughts?
