ไม่ถึงยังไง? หมู+ไก่ ❌= วัว ช่วงเวลานั้นก็รู้ด้วยตัวเอง ดูจากกลุ่มยกร. และข้อมูลศึกษาตปท. 👩‍🏫 เอ... สงสัยต้องคำนึงสัดส่วน และประโยชน์จากแหล่งอาหารที่ป้อนเข้าตัวแล้วล่ะ ⬇️
หากเพื่อนเพื่อนจำได้ จะเริ่มเปลี่ยนจานเป็นถาดหลุมแยกเป็นช่อง คือ
- หมู: ที่ทอดด้วยน้ำมันหมู ใช้เวลาย่อยนาน และให้พลังงานสูง เรียกว่าจานหลัก
- ไก่: จะต้มจะทอดได้หมด แต่เน้นว่านี่คือ จานเสริม เพราะทานมากยังไง ถึงอิ่ม แต่ไม่สามารถอยู่เป็นพลังงานได้นาน มีวิธีเพิ่มพลังคือ เอาไก่ไปผัดหรือทอดในน้ำมันหมู
- อาหารทะเล: ยามนั้น กลัวไปหมด กลัวขาดนั่น กลัวขาดนี่ แคลเซียมในหมูก็มีล่ะ แต่พอ? คำนวนก็ยาก ดังนั้นในสัปดาห์ ต้องกินของทะเลเสริม 2-3มื้อ ก็เรียกจานเสริม
- หัดและทำใจกินชีส/เนย: ตัวเลือกนี้ คือการกินวัวโดยทางอ้อม ก็เมื่อไม่ทานวัว ก็เลยกินแบบอ้อมๆไปละกัน ให้เสริมหลายอย่าง อัดพลังงานมากขึ้น
- เครื่องใน: ตับ หัวใจ ไส้ สารพัด โดยส่วนใหญ่จะทอด หรือเอาไปต้ม/นึ่งแล้วมายำกับพริกเกลือหน่อยหน่อย นี่คืออีกหนึ่งของเสริมที่ดีมาก
- เครื่องปรุง: พืช? ใช่ครับผมกินพิชในปริมาณ 20g/วัน หากเห็นผัดมีผัก อันนั้นคือเอารสเอากลิ่น เพราะใส่เครื่องปรุงพืชนี้ มีวิตามินเสริมนิดหน่อย เฉลี่ยรวมไปก็โอเค
🙆 พลังกลับมาแล้ว และช่วงเวลานั้นเอง ผมก็เริ่มเข้าสู่ OMAD การทานหนึ่งมื้อต่อวัน ไม่จำกัดปริมาณ จุกถึงคอ ไม่อิ่มไม่หยุด 😆 คือ จะเอาให้สุด ให้ร่างใช้ไขมันล้วนเลย ซึ่งก็เนียบก็ทำงานได้ดี ดึงไขมันเน่าเก่าออกใช้ได้เยอะเลยครับ

ในอาหารเจ มีแป้งเป็นหลัก และมีความหวานสูง อีกทั้งยังเต็มไปด้วยน้ำมันพืชมหาศาล ☘️ แต่ไม่ใช่จะไม่มีอะไรดีนะ เพราะจะให้ความรู้สึกดี คือ ตอนถ่าย 🤪
ผมก็ศรัทธาในความเชื่อเช่นเดิม และพัฒนาชุดความคิดด้านอาหารใหม่ เพียงตอนนั้นยังไม่เจอ Carnivore
น้ำหนักก็ขยับขึ้นไปเรื่อย ขึ้นอีก ขึ้นไม่หยุด 👉 ยิ่งผมทำงานด้านบัญชีกับระบบงาน IT กินครบทุกมื้อ นอนดึก ตื่นเช้าลุกไปทำต่อ บวกกับช่วงวัยรุ่นเริ่มทำงาน ⬇️ (วันรุ่นอ่านแล้ว รีบจัดการชีวิตด่วนๆเลยครับ)
กางเกงเปลี่ยนจากสแล็คพอดีตัว ใส่ยีนเดฟฟิตได้ วิ่งได้ ลุยได้ Solo ได้ 📌 กลายพันธุ์มายีนตัวเท่าหมี เสื้อเบอร์ใหญ่ สู่กลางกางเกงวอร์ม 3XL 🔥
เรากำลังแย่!
ตอนนั้นยังไม่มีปัญหาสุขภาพใดใด แต่...

มีหลายสิ่งที่ดีและสามารถนำมาเตือนเป็นข้อคิดในการทำงาน การใช้ชีวิตได้ ☘️
มีสิ่งหนึ่งที่ตระหนักคือ สงสัยที่ทานเนื้อวัวไม่ได้ จะเป็นเรื่องที่ไปตรงกับความเชื่อของชาวจีนที่หาดใหญ่? และได้ยินว่า เอ... กินผักล้วนแบบนี้สุขภาพก็น่าจะดีสิ! และตอนนั้นรายได้ก็งาม อยากกินอะไรตอนไหนก็ได้กิน กินจนอ้วนขึ้นเยอะ!!!
