Have you noticed how tiny products are becoming?
I bought a Dettol washing machine cleaner for more than £3 but it's a small bottle with tiny writing at the base saying "single use".
Also a eucalyptus oil I bought was the size of my little finger - tiny!!
I saw an advert for a kitchen cleaner, and the man in the advert was using a normal size aerosol can, but in the small print at the bottom it turns out the bottle (costing about £15) was only about 30ML.

I amuse myself by imagining a woman from the Middle Ages in my home and her amazement at everything. Not only machines that do most of the work, but hot water on tap, ready-prepared food heated in a microwave, and saying "Alexa turn on the light". To her that is magic. And when there is a roar overhead, and she's startled, I would say "Oh that's just a low flying plane" and she says "A what?" How to explain phones, the TV, the internet -we just are not aware how much our lives have changed.

People cannot grasp the consequences of their actions on someone with anxiety. Appointments give me sleepless nights and worried days... but today I was preparing myself for a medication review that the surgery said was essential (for their records?) and promised to phone me between 9 and 12 today.
Well, no phone call. I am so annoyed.
This would be like the Police phoning a normal family promising to call back with the details, and leaving you to stew.

Am I the only one - I cannot be - who is getting dozens of spam mails from "Alex" with a .ru email address, suposedly offering "website promotion". For months I have been getting these every day, dozens at a time.
I redirect them immediately to the deleted folder but it's annoying. It's clearly some kind of bot, but are others getting them too?

You know the delivery company, DPD?
We had a parcel arriving today so I tried to install the #DPD app, for tracking.
It installed, but then only went to the DPD website, not a tracking app.
They want your email "to see if we have delivered to you before" and when you give it, you have to verify it via email.
But then the next page demands even more information (all required) like name, address, phone, post code - no way to proceed without it.
The app is just a sign up to a website! I gave up.

Facebook strikes again. I have a group there and yesterday I posted a link and comment about a book that is dangerously wrong and misleading (some people were buying it and trusting what it said). BUT today Facebook "fact-checkers" have removed my post based on the information online that this book had made the top-sellers list in the year 2000.
So now my group is deemed unsafe all because I spoke the truth. Yep, that's Facebook for you.

Have you noticed just how many people are using "your" instead of "you're"? Even in some articles that should know better.
I feel like this will become universal over time, because there are so many who neither know the difference nor care about it.
