It is a Hot Chocolate cake. I modified the recipe to make it vegan and it is a chocolate sponge, soaked in a chocolate sugar syrup and then a layer of ganache. Ah yeah so for like cookies or biscuits you can just add it to the cookie dough straight for a really nice dough (xanath gun as well) for cakes the best way is to whip it so it is at the “ribbon” stage of whipping a meringue and then gently fold into the batter for fluffyness. I can get early games to run like Tetris and Super Mario but anything like Pokemon that came later does not work. Chickpeas are very cheap and the water from them makes a great alternative to eggs in baking as they can whipped up. I really enjoyed recipe and the cake is very nice. The lemon flavour is very much there but very subtle. I enjoyed the recipe in the book as it uses potato protein in it and I have only ever used that with macarons. It may even be a little intimidating as some of the ingredients used are specialised and for example this recipe didn’t give a baking time. It assumes you would know for the type of cake.
