Can only hope the night trains will be made great again at some point. I rode those back in FR and I love the mood. You sleep so well with the train gentle rocking...

I remember pestering a friend so they get us tickets on it for our first sojourn in JP (we landed in Sapporo first).
Despite asking what we believed was well in advance, it was already all taken, we had underestimated how popular it was. Then we never found the occasion to ride it until closure. A deep regret of mine 🥲

RE: https://famichiki.jp/@fetchezlavache/115981023517241827
Due to chronic alcohol and drug abuse, reckless driving, public exposure, disorderly conduct and assaulting of a police officer, Doraemon was ultimately fired from the movie.
The story was altered so Bruce Lee ― originally cast to play Nobita Nobi ― became the protagonist, and the title was changed.
All the scenes with Doraemon were re-shot with Bruce Lee's friend and student John Saxon.
