I’ve been dealing with upper stomach pressure, pain, bloating, and GERD for the past 2 years that gets better or worse depending on my posture and position. Feels like my diaphragm is getting compressed and slightly short of breath. I strongly suspect I have a sliding #hiatalhernia despite an endoscopy and CT scan leaving me in the clear. Anyone else have advice or experience with this?
