阿斯塔纳今天突降暴雨，城市靠河的低洼路段立马就被水淹没了，成了一个大水池。好死不死那里又恰好有一段是车流量很大的主干道。不过毕竟每次大雨那里都会积水，所以有经验的司机都会在下雨天躲开那里不走，交警也会派警力布置绕行。
但总有人会觉得这个地方他可以冲一下。
